(OOC: Pretend this was posted this past Tuesday when I meant to post it.)

So I go off to L.A. for my tri-monthly poking and prodding and “congratulations, you’re not dying” follow-up last weekend and return to find my news feed blown up with gender swapping.

Highly amusing. And while I’m disappointed I missed the shenanigans, I’m glad that for once it wasn’t me.

According to my team in the lab, I am the most likely to survive the apocalypse. I do not know if this was more widely polled or how they came up with this decision, but that was what I was told this morning.

I am not quite sure what to make of this.

Everything's moved into the new place. We're all settled and comfortable... mostly. Though we've still got a ton of unpacking to do. I'm...not feeling all that well, though, so I'm trying to get a ton of rest. I might even miss a class or two, taking it easy.

I've been listening to a lot of Be.Busta and Lazy Masquerade on YouTube the last week. I think I might have a problem, or you know, I need to save some of these to watch closer to the end of the month.

They captured many of us. Young heroes, trainees, just students learning to use their powers. And they forced us to turn on each other and fight to the death in an arena.

And everything I was trying to become washed away in a sea of blood.

In dream news, apparently Alaska is infected free. I'm not sure I'm buying it just yet, but the group I'm traveling with now have a goal. They have hope, and I'll be damned if I don't have some too. The only issue is we have to go resupply and the closest place is Vegas.

I'm really not looking forward to those dreams, cause I just have this gut feeling that it's going to be bad.
