It would seem with these dreams I grow nocturnal. Or perhaps it is merely my mind believing I should be, and so I am. Regardless, I find myself awake much more at night than I had previously.

I have dozed a little and in that time I've learned my dreams are far from over. They seem to have reset, and it does not seem to match with my former dreams. I dream now of being Vlad Țepeș, as he has come to be known, but I am not the man I know from history. This set of dreams seems to paint him more agreeable than I think the original namesake to be. Certainly the impaling of bodies upon stakes is not out of blood lust in this case. Yet I fear I cannot escape the inevitable. There is something lurking in the mountains near Castle Dracula, and I will not be surprised if this somehow plays into what I am to become.

I have also received new gifts. One is a ring with the seal of the family Dracul. The other is an a cross placed upon a rosary, and I find this particularly cruel. The sight of it was unwelcome, and the experience of moving it out of sight and mind was even more unpleasant.

Never thought I'd say this but I rather miss the celebrations and morris dancers that used to be out and about in the town I come from.

I had this super messed up dream about my brother last night. But it wasn't actually about my brother, I mean, he was there. But it definitely wasn't like the usual dreams I have. It was like ... Ancient Rome? Before the empire was a thing, I think, but I never paid a lot of attention in history class so fucked if I know. We were prisoners of war and sold at an auction to become gladiators.

It's fucking weird, but I think Duro would probably get some sort of kick out of them if he ever dreamt that shit.

My dreams just took a turn towards the dark. Well. They were already pretty dark, galactic-wide war and everything. But then it got worse.

If I'm awake, I'm working, rebuilding and moving my company forward. When I'm dreaming, I'm working, planning and restructuring the transportation network of a whole city. It's like I've forgotten how to have fun.

Find out BFF did something stupid to protect my relationship with my mom. Then BFF dies. So I give a great big fuck you to my mom.

Kitty got me a space, so I'm going to exhibit in it next week. Free tickets, because art should be open to everyone. Mostly oil on canvas. Super inspired by Rubens this time, mostly Saturn Devouring His Son. So, uh. If blood bugs you, just don't come.

I have had the most boring day at work today. We're finishing a project and I've had to move files on the system and type the same note on each one over and over and over again. And of course I can't copy and paste because I need to fill in a spreadsheet of each and every case I work! ARGH!

Randomly, has anyone else woken up from one of the Dreams suffering from some sort of paralysis? I dreamt I fired an arrow with a cable attached to it at a shield encompassing the arena I was competing in, but as I did lighting stuck and electrified it. I was thrown back and that's when I woke up. But for a couple of minutes I was mostly paralysed. All I could do was look up at the ceiling and breathe. It seriously freaked me out!

Who's got two thumbs, a 8-0 fight record, and a hot boyfriend moving in with him in an official capacity?

Okay, there might be another guy in the exact same situation somewhere, but it's me. I mean me.

I find myself in an unusual situation.
