Next week I start back at work full time and I have to say I already know it's going to be strange not seeing Aud and the baby. But I've been lucky to have this much time off.

The first time I could actually have a date for Valentines Day and we're both working. So early celebration it is.

- BREAKING NEWS -

Explosions were reported at a local, popular Karaoke Club earlier this evening. [Name of Club] was hosting it's Wednesday Night Karaoke Challenge when an unattended bag on the bar exploded, witnesses report. Firetrucks and ambulances were on the scene within minutes of the first blast, though a second came not long after. Over a hundred people were evacuated from the club. The number of injuries and casualties is not yet known.

We'll bring you more of this story as it develops.

It's a bit of an annoyance when habits of who you dream to be in a different world somehow squeeze their way into here. It's almost an instinct to say 'Maker's breath!' in the place of something like 'oh my god!' Or whatever other equivalence there is. Goodness. And there might also be an incoming headache, in regards to my memory suddenly being stuffed by everything that pertains to Andrastian theology.

And darkspawn. Let's discuss those hellish creatures, why don't we?

I'm a bit cranky, and I think it's time for some spiked tea, thank you.

Parents are out of town, and left me in charge of fending for myself food wise. I've been staring at the fridge for about ten minutes and realized I don't really know how to cook anything. I should learn how to cook.

So uh, does anyone have any good ideas?

So, it may be just me, but these cookies I made are absolutely delicious. I should bring the recipe in to sell them at the bakery. Oatmeal and chocolate chip. They've got some other amazing things in them, too, like brewer's yeast and raw sugar. Great for lactation. Probably shouldn't use that as a selling point.

And here I thought Orange County was gonna be boring compare to New York.
