Two Thanksgiving dinners was definitely a new experience for me but it was fun getting to spend the day with both my family and Sam's. I actually wish he and I had taken the time to do it before this year.

Do you want to grab lunch next weekend? Maybe do a little Christmas shopping? It feels like we didn't get to spend any real time together Thursday.

Bran and I have so many leftovers from Thanksgiving at his parents' house that we're gonna be eating turkey and sides for the next three days. Seriously and this is two days after Thanksgiving where we've already eaten leftovers. But I guess when you have a large family and guests you have to make a lot and that equals lots of leftovers. All these leftovers also means I have to put in some extra time working out.

Christmas music and movies all weekend so far. I love this time of year. I will miss the possibility of a white Christmas though!

Now it's time to put up the tree!

I've spent the weekend helping my mom decorate for Christmas. So much for my plan to get some studying done. Hopefully I can pass my classes. Oh well, at least her place looks amazing and I am officially excited for Christmas!

If it wasn't for doctor/patient confidentiality I'd have some hilarious stories for you guys. Heya, I'm Harleen but everyone just calls me Harley.

A holiday based around food and I could barely eat any of it. I think that's what actual torture is almost like. But even if it's a few days late I am thankful to have been able to attend anyways. More so than ever.

I've also basically lost everyone's numbers. I'll be needing those again. Sorry.

Thanksgiving has to be my favorite holiday. I am pretty sure I ate my weight in pie. I think today is an xbox/football and beer kind of day.

Family gatherings. As chaotic and insane as ever but its still a good time. I am happy to be home. A little television or a movie and some hot cocoa with cinnamon is the perfect way to end the night I think. I think I will decorate next weekend.

Right. Hello there. I heard this is the best place to get to know people, meet some new mates maybe even a roommate? No, no too soon for that, leave that for the next post? So, hello! Right, already said that. I'm Rose Tyler! Nice to meet all of you...so to speak. What happens around here? Rather new to the area, to this country actually. Anyone know of a good spot to get a cup of tea? And not this American stuff...proper British tea. I think I've had my fill of coffee at the moment! Rather nasty actually...no offense intended for those that enjoy it! Just...different from home, ya know? Plus it's never fun to drink when you have to make it 8 hours every day. But someone has to! My civic duty now! You know, I've actually seen someone break down when we ran out of the new Holiday Blend. You yanks really love your coffee.

So Thanksgiving is totally over and it's ALL Christmas from here on out! I've got the decorations up in the foyer - it was way harder to do that this year with a bump in the way omg. And Lara's probably gonna kill me with all the Christmas shows I've got on!

Cocoa cups in my Keurig, all my favorite Christmas sweets in the house... And I'm already checking my Christmas list twice! I picked out an ornament and some other things for blueberry, since she won't be around until next year. Retroactive presents!

I almost wish we could go back to London for a bit. All the snow and the holiday decorations... Orange County is super awesome fun to live in but that one magical week of snow we get isn't nearly enough. It needs to snow all month!

Does tomorrow have to be Monday again? I kind of hate four day weekends cause when they end it's even worse than a regular weekend. Couple more weeks until Christmas break though. Can't wait for that. Who's with me?
