I am an idiot at times If anybody needs to get in touch with me for anything the next couple days - shoot me a message on here. I accidentally washed my phone and it's going to be a couple days before the replacement gets here. I just hope my sim card still works

So aside from the world being crazy (I've been staying inside as much as possible) and my uncle being a dick (nothing new), I'm having more dreams.

In this one, I got show with a bullet filled with wolfsbane. Which let me tell you, even in a dream? Really, really hurts. Werewolves do not mix well with wolfsbane. Especially when we're shot with it.

So I spent my whole dream slowly dying of blood poisoning and almost had to cut my arm off.

That was fun.

My father keeps wanting me to push up the release date of my product, but I had that date set for a reason. I want as much time as possible to work out all the bugs.

It's my first solo project, and the last thing I want to do is have to recall it because of something not working the way it should.

Still, it's nearly done, and I know it will be ready by the release date that I set for it.

I just wish he would trust me, sometimes.

How fascinating these dreams are becoming. And to think I once lamented my life as plain and simple. Strange that I was so far off from the truth.

What's with all the dream reports? Is that what all the cool kids are doing these days? Because last night I had a dream where I played roller derby (I don't) and I showed up for the World Cup, except they asked me to play the organ instead. So I played the only organ song that Dream Me knew, which was Phantom of the Opera.

And then the game was won by the goldfish. Yes. Goldfish in roller skates.

There's all kinds of weird looking artifacts that Lara's found and I've taken something like... I don't even know, 50 hours of video footage now? It's going to be fun to edit when we're done! I feel like an actual film producer or something. I'm just still bummed that I couldn't get Lara and Rogue fighting the panther on tape. Sigh.

I'm some kind of badass 'cause I figured out how to jerry rig things so I could plug my curling iron in. Hey, we might be out in the jungle but that's no excuse not to look your best!

SO wishing I had a pair of gloves like the ones Portia made for Rogue, though. She's bug bite free on her arms and she doesn't have to keep applying sunscreen. Lucky!

Is this the thing we're supposed to talk about on the internet? Crazy dreams and alcohol abuse? I'm afraid I don't have crazy dreams and I definitely don't drink. Nor do I have any intention of using this place to hook up with random older miscreantsgentlemen, Mr. DeWitt.

I guess I'm doing it wrong. At least I already figured out that this one isn't the one you can only type short messages into. Why would you want to use something that limits you to 140 letters anyway? That seems too constraining.

I've been at the archery range the last few days.

Having a friend leave sucks. Just gotta keep moving on, right?

Walking my coworker's dog makes me think I should adopt one.

Now that Daisy has an attention span of longer than a few minutes, we've been doing a lot more reading. Not only do we read the picture books where I can show her the words and ask her questions about illustrations, but I've been reading short chapter books to her as well. I've just finished reading Sideways Stories from Wayside School which I don't think she understands because she's not currently in school. I thought we'd try Charlotte's Web next.

I finally have a moment to sit down at the computer after the mess of earlier this week, and what do I find? Nothing but wangs in socks and the same bs about which state is or isn't standing up for civil rights.

If anyone needs me, I'll be helping my daughter with her homework.

My flatmate is leaving me and moving back to England. :(

I'm here a month, wasn't expecting to feel my first earthquake so soon.
