Ok so, looking back on this past week and I realise I may have been behaving a bit weird. I have drawn...so much and slept so little that either my sketches are sheer genius or absolute crap! Here's hoping the former so they'll be worth more when I'm dead :-P

Did anyone else see Bill Nye the Science Guy on Dancing with the Stars tonight? That was almost painful to watch. Jack Osbourne was better than I thought.

And no, I didn't choose to watch the show. Annie was watching it, so I watched it with her.

My basement recording studio is almost finished, which is exciting, because I'll get to start laying down tracks. Doing this on my own has taken much longer than my other two records took.

Oh my god. Has anyone else seen the Pistachio commercial with the prancercise woman? I'm pretty sure that woman is gonna give me nightmares. That can't be her real hair.

I gotta say as far as weird dreams go, the one I keep having isn't all that bad. Kissing a gorgeous girl beats Baba Yaga any day

Why do stores already have Christmas stuff out? There is still nearly eight weeks until Halloween...

Now that it seems that the animals have gone back to normal, I think I'd like to get a cat. Would anyone at home object to this? I'd keep it in my room.

I think during the next family dinner, there's going to be some giant argument about who Nat's favorite uncle is. WHO WILL BE VICTORIOUS?

I'm much younger in the dreams. I think... I'm not entirely sure, but I might be the youngest summoner ever to set out on a pilgrimage. To see a face so young and willing to face Sin must be such inspiration to the people of Spira. I often feel like that girl is bearing the weight of the entire world on her shoulders.

She is.

But she's also a liar. She's a manipulator, at times. She keeps her guardians only so close to her, a wall I greatly understand. As genuine as her emotions are for them, still, she lies. Keeps them away from the inner parts of her.

Worse, she lies to herself.

Don't say it isn't worth it, that's what she'd say to me. I don't know if I can agree.

Senior year is dragging along. It kills me seeing my teammates on campus and knowing that I'm not on the team anymore. Dad is still riding my ass about it any chance he gets and it's getting on my last nerve.

However, I _did_ get the internship at ESPN as a newscaster, so that's good news. He's happy about that--or you know...as happy as my dad can get.

But...lets try and focus on the positive. It's a little over a month a way but what are we doing for Halloween this year? I want to take Natty to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party, but other than that...what do we want to do? Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios or maybe a Halloween house party? Thoughts? Ideas?

I need to get back out on the hiking trail. Something a little more challenging this time, and I've marked off a trail that should lead me past some old spanish ruins, which ought to be fun.

Is it safe now? Is everyone back to being themselves? I think I saw some big dragons out there at some point! Dragons are so very... very... scary.

Gosh, Orange County sure is a crazy place to live sometimes. I know it was silly of me to move back here because of that, but... I missed the dreams about ponyville and everything too much. I feel like this is the only place I belong anymore.

One thing the dreams are teaching me is that we can learn from the mistakes of our dream selves. That we don't have to be that same person, or do the same things. I've dreamed of my other self over several years, and he makes me look incredibly smart. Not that I'm stupid, mind you, but... ouch.

Also, learning magic is neat!

My dreams started up again early this morning, for the third time. It's odd, now, seeing them, hearing the events and the voices, remembering them so clearly they are more like watching movies of my life than they are of having dreams. I used to wish I had never Dreamed, never come to know the being known as J'onn J'onzz, the so-called Martian Manhunter. My life would have been a lot simpler without him in me, in my mind.

But I find I like me, who I am, what I am, these days. And I am not so sad that I started dreaming strange dreams almost a year ago now.

Can I just say how glad I am that the mind powers are gone? Because that was crazy and I'm so glad to be sane.

I never ever want to know what people are thinking. It's all gross.

And no one thought dirty things about me. It's kind of a travesty.

I just don't understand the appeal. I tried an episode or two, and I just don't get it. Is it supposed to be funny? Because it's... not, really. Is it drama? It's not really that, either.

Can someone explain Breaking Bad to me?

It seems the in thing to do is introduce one's self here. I've been around for awhile, but, ah well. My name is Aleksis Kaidanovsky, and I work in development of technology. Currently, I'm working with my wife on developing advanced construction techniques to handle the OC's rather odd situations.

By any chance, do any of you know any good western themed restaurants? My last favorite closed down last week.

So. No one warned me that this place is weird. But I'm a forgiving guy, so, it's all good. In case some of you were worried, I mean.

But I decided that weird is actually really cool doable, so, have no fear, Orange County. I'll stick around. :)

I know there are all kinds of fashion designers and clothing geniuses on here, so I thought I'd put this out there before I start googling and cold calling people. I'm getting married on Halloween and I want to design my dress. I know it's short notice, but... is it possible? Is anyone willing to work with me on it? I can offer compensation in the monetary form and incentive in the form of free pastries at my bakery.

My birthday is this Friday and there is going to be a party at the Glass Beach House again. Because Michael was so kind to offer it up as a space to have a party. He's even offered to play a little. He's really great! So....I'm going to assume no one can say no to this.
