I'm not very considerate in my dreams, either. The way I treated Rarity when she was makin' me a nice dress? Shameful.

I had a lot of dreams last night.

God, I love Easter. Best time of the year for candy. I think I've gained five pounds this week, in Cadbury chocolate alone.

So... does anyone else have a movie about their dreams?

I watched my brother die about a thousand times in my dream last night. It wasn't exactly pleasant. Didn't get much sleep last night, since it was so riddled with dreams. I've been a bit of a waste of space at work today. I'll make up for it. Everyone has one of those days.

If anyone says "case of the Mondays" I might start throwing punches.

More dreams from before Hogwarts last night. Dreams about growing up at Spinner's End, getting my Hogwarts Letter. The bastard who fathered me. Getting to know Lily. They were mostly terrible dreams, but tinged with a bitter sweetness to them.

I have to say, this world is much preferable to the one in my dreams.

Today, I had a letter, cosigned by their lawyer, informing me that I have been formally disowned, with the agreement that tuition for the next semester (and following) "will be covered, provided that you manage to pass the semester, and contingent upon your remaining free from academic probation status".

My family name and fortune may be retained if I "return to Massachusetts to complete (your) course of study at an approved university, agreeing to a position within the firm upon (your) graduation" and "cease the antics learned in California and grow up".

There's even a form for me to fill out and sign and date to indicate my decision, along with a place for a witness to sign it for me.

I shouldn't be surprised. I really shouldn't be surprised and it's exactly what I wanted but I can't help hating them a lot right now. It's not the money. It's the way they decided to do it that...

I guess I shouldn't have expected more, but I'll survive. I took two pairs of shoes, my boots (yeah I was a little teary there. I'm man enough to say it) and some clothes in to sell today and I've emerged okay for all the major expenses, dropped off some resumes, and I've been taking a look at my expenses this afternoon. It's kind of shocking and depressing and disgusting really:

So, clearly, I've got some big decisions to make, even once I've GOT a job, considering this is what I'm doing AFTER rent. Dropping lessons isn't an option I'm remotely entertaining and if that means I'm getting shampoo at the dollar store, cutting back on the coffee, stopping with the clothes, and making some changes, I'm willing to do it.

There are a lot more important things to consider, sure, but for now, it's a start?

I am so very, very, overwhelmed...

Last night I dreamt about Direwolves. I dreamt about my Direwolf. I named her Nymeria and she was gorgeous!

For anyone not in the know, a Direwolf is a really large wolf that doesn't really exist in real life, but have been on the Stark Family Crest for ages.

Having a housemate has taken some getting used to, but having Darcy around has actually been nice. I haven't lived with anyone since my parents during the summers when I was at Harvard, so it was a bit of an adjustment, but my house finally feels lived in.

I'm debating whether or not to attend Tony's party at Disneyland. I've never been before and I'm sure it would be fun, but I'm undecided.

Does anyone want to go out dancing tonight? I figure I'll do that instead of living under my bed like I want to.

Are you an actor? Would you like to be? I actually have a great need for voiceover talent for speaking parts in films. ... also the other parts, but even just the speaking parts would be of a great help!

First night in wine country. It's beautiful, really. This house is magnificent. Taking some time to update here quickly while Rufus is out playing with Charlie/walking him.

PS. I dropped the L-bomb. It was incredibly well-recieved. I could absolutely get used to this fairy tale life. :)

Well, it's finally happened. I've gotten old. You're all talking about hitting a nightclub on a Wednesday night, and all I can think of is 'yeah, but I have Duck Dynasty on the DVR.'

Really though, that's a clear choice.

So I have a surgery scheduled for the April Sixth. Never thought this day would come. And I'm so nervous.

Is going under scary? Or what? Because I'm totally going to punch a wall from dysphoriaanxiety if it's too scary.

Please don't ask what the surgery is for, I'm bad at excuses for things.
