The public schools had better not force us to make up this time at the end of semester. That'd make it where I only have two months of time before I start college.

So, since you're all dying to know what I did, I did try to get out the other night. Made it to the bathroom, and had myself half way up to the window when I started coughing, lost my balance and actually got a shoe wedged in there.

Stupid, but I had to try getting out once before the end is nigh and all of that. So now, I wait. And I don't even know what, really. The people here who've got actual families are calling them and stuff, you know, to say whatever they've got in their heads in case we end up dead but the only family I'll talk to now is already waiting for me if the dream were real.

I guess I'd be lying if I said I wasn't really ready to go see my sister again. But everybody else who claimed to give a shit is gone. Sure, I deserve that, people have their own shit, I pushed them away. It's weird though, anyway, being this...free about the whole thing, maybe a little depressing but I wanted that. I totally can handle it cause I created it.

There's that part working out for me at least.

We would like take a moment to update everyone on what has been happening at Stark Industries. Normally this would be done via normal media outlets, but considering the circumstances this is the best we can manage.

Stark Industries is currently under quarantine orders along with the rest of Orange County. Luckily the majority of employees were at home or seeking medical assistance when the quarantine orders came through so only essential personnel are still within the building.

Stark Labs are working on finding a cure around the clock. We've been in contact with the CDC throughout this entire process and currently have a representative working alongside our staff to crack this thing. Currently the CDC believes that what they are calling the Blue Shadow Virus is an alien will run it's course is something they will be able to cure. We've already had several breakthroughs at both the Stark Labs and at our sister labs throughout Orange County that we've been working closely with.

We ask for your continued patience and as a token of our gratitude and sincerest apologies we have started up a relief fund with an initial donation of $1M. Money from the relief fund will go to families who have been effected by this recent outbreak, to providing inhalers for those who cannot afford them and to continued research into the phenomenons in and around Orange County. For those of you who wish to donate to the relief fund please contact Pepper Potts directly at Stark Industries.

I just used up my last paid sick day for today. If this continues on for much longer I don't know how the local economy is going to be able to bounce back. I bet half of the people out there didn't have sick time saved up and we're not exactly getting paid for sitting on our asses in our homes.

He's gone. Luis is gone. They said he had an asthma attack and asphyxiated. The blue virus combined with the asthma... he was just too weak. He died this morning around five. His parents were with him.

I can't stop crying. The kids are having breakfast, and I have to be strong for them.

The nurse scolded me for following her into the medical cabinet and suggesting adaptations to make the drug retrieval system more efficient. She didn't like me poking around the machine.

The inhaler is really making me feel better, but it's still exhausting to follow nurses around.

Can I just sleep until this is over?

I don't think I've ever seen the hospital this full. There are patients in the hallways. We've officially run out of beds.

I question if anyone is asking the how.

Hello, I'm Peter Parker. You likely don't know who I am, and likely don't really care; that's not the point though, what the point is, is that a lot of bad things are happening right now. A lot of bad things.

I know I sound like an idiot spouting off the obvious, so I'll just get to my point--is there an effort to get a virus cure made? And if there is? Who's doing it? Who's working on it? I can lend my hand. I'm... I'm brilliant at chemistry. Biology, chemistry, and physics are all specialties of mine, and I can help, I want to help; so if anyone needs any sort of help on finding a cure, please let me know.

I'm not sure if you can read this; however, they're not letting people into the hospital if we don't have the virus. So I'm going to do the only thing I know how to do, I'm going to find a cure. I'm going to get you better. Please be okay, ... okay? We have so much more Disney trips to take.

I don't know if you know, but Pansy's in the hospital; they're not letting anyone in who doesn't have the virus, if they do let you in, they don't let you leave. I'm asking to see if I can help come up with a cure at any place that might be working on one.

Living at a hospital isn't exactly fun. It means you are working even when you're not scheduled to work because you are always here. I have to say I'm glad most of my patients are doing well though.

On another note, I had some odd dreams last night. The first in a long long time. Recent events must have factored into it though because here was a lot of dead people in this sea side village. It was my job to "send" them which is really kind of like some kind of ceremony. Had the circumstances been different I would say it was even pretty.

Stark's setting up a relief fund for this thing and people affected. We should fund-raise for them. Not sure what a good idea would be, especially right now, and they probably are going to get the bigger corporation support but...we could at least set up a pool and cut them a check, right?

This shit must be getting pretty serious, I've just been called back up to help provide quarantine watch should it get to the point that we have to blockade the city. Fan-fucking-tastic.

I'm so, so worried about Shepard. This... just doesn't seem to be going away.

Would someone care explaining to me, and quickly, how my daughter came to be quarantined at a hospital when she is neither ill nor supposed to be at a hospital at all?

Those of you who know me probably know about my club, Child of Leviathan. I know the title is something of a mouthful, but it sticks. I'd just like to remind everyone, in light of this sudden spread of disease, that Leviathan is giving free medical care to any who ask for it. You don't have to sit through sermons or give any donations; our beliefs are based on equality and everyone helping each other.

Yes, we are a religious organisation, but without the usual trappings. We have a very loose doctrine, and you will find no homophobia, no gender prejudice....everyone is free to come along if they wish. Thank you for reading this, and God bless.

I overheard the nurse and doctor talking (is doctor supposed to be capitalized?) outside, and I uhm... (or nurse for that matter? I never know. Probably not the best point to ask I guess...)

Anyway I uh... so I guess they're saying it's getting a lot worse. I mean, I feel like an ox... you know, whatever that feels like. I mean, a cough never hurt anyone--right? But yea, I guess they're saying I'm reaching that 'tipping' point or something. I don't... I don't know. Basically it means I'm going to uh... I'm going to die.

Heh... saying that outloud, or typing it even, is really hard to do. It feels pretty weird. I uh, I don't know why I'm telling you all of this. I don't... I don't really know any of you.

I guess I just, well no one's allowed to see me because of the virus obviously, so I guess I'm just kind of ... well I'm just trying to stave away the boredom. Waiting to die... that's a rather boring thing.
