It's been a while since last I paid a visit. Must have been, oh... never, but next time I visit it will have been some time since, I suppose.

This news story kinda makes me nervous, because, I mean. I've had a lot of concussions. I used to do things like skateboard and learned the hard way how not graceful I am and how little balance I've got.

London is particularly interesting this visit, what with the presence of Olympians and media and everything else. I've strolled through the village a little, and people are...well, some of the USA archers recognized me. They're all so damn much younger than me now, you know. It's weird, really, seeing all these people, knowing how far I've strayed from the ideals I used to have, the things I used to do and be and...Hell.

But you know, maybe that's actually a good thing. The days of being archery's biggest whore are over. There's a couple more things going on but...not going to out the lady in question yet. Thing is, it makes me happy. All of this makes me happy but from a totally different PERSPECTIVE, I guess? Happy but...I regret the years I fucked around if that makes any sense. I'm glad it's getting better, but remembering is...uncomfortable too. I think I need it to be, sort of, but...doesn't mean I like it either.

...I guess I've still got time to sort that out. Tomorrow Night though? That's reserved for relaxing and celebrating with my lady, her for getting here, and me for the deal I just made. I've already got the tickets and should be all good to go!
