Arya had asked Alyssa to text her brother for her. Arya had apparently tried to call him twice and not reached him. Alyssa understood why - she was quite tipsy. So she took her own phone and texted him instead. Maybe the different number would help.

Alyssa put her phone back into her clutch, trying to lift her a bit so they could wait outside. “Upsy daisy, c’mon, love.” She managed to help her friend outside and into a deck chair, and in heels even! So they could wait for her brother.
