Lydia found herself having some free time. And she took it and ran with it as fast as she could. Sure, she could go hang out with Stiles and Cisco, but Lydia hadn’t seen Mitch in weeks and well, he was her pick tonight. So after his address was put into her GPS she was on her way to his place. Her red hair tied up as usual, as she wore some sweats and a long sleeve since it was still cold in OC. Once she came to the building she parked on the sidewalk and made her way in. It didn’t take her long to reach his apartment before she knocked. Her frame rocked back and forth slightly, as she ran her hands through her red hair. She was glad to be out of the house. She needed to reconnect with her friends. And Mitch was first, followed by Stiles, Scott, and Cisco. She missed her boys. Even Jazz when she gets around to the girls. For not she just waited. She wasn’t sure what to expect tonight but she was literally up for anything. -- Mitch really hadn’t expected to have any company tonight, but when Lydia suggested they hang out, he decided why the hell not and gave her his address. They might not do much, but it was better than hanging out with himself. When he heard the knock on the door, he stood up and answered. Smiling when he saw Lydia. He opened the door wider and motioned for her to come right on in. “Hey there, stranger. Long time no sees.” * “I’ve arrived, you can start living now!” She said playfully as she gave Mitch a tight hug. “Yeah yeah was trying to catch up with school work. I finally got a break and decided to come and hang out with you.” She said as she came inside the apartment. This would be the first time Lydia came over to his place, so she gave a quick look around. “Nice place.” She said as she brushed her red hair back and came to take a seat on the edge of the couch. Her keys and bag placed to the side table as she came to look towards Mitch. “I maybe kinda missed hanging out… Jazz isn’t gonna pop up, is she?” She said looking behind his couch just in case. -- “Oh?” Mitch half hugged her back and then shut the door once she was fully inside of the apartment. “I guess this means that you changed your mind about dropping out and picking up again during the next semester.” He hadn’t forgotten that bit of convo they last had. “I’m surprised you didn’t bug your best friend.” If it had been him, that’s exactly what he would have done. “Thanks. Want a drink or something?” he asked as he made his way towards the kitchen. “No,” he told her with a small laugh, “she’s not going to pop up. She’s not even here.” It might seem like he and Jaz were attached to one another, but they weren’t always hanging around one another. * “I thought of it, but then that means longer school and I’m almost done.” She said with a nod. “I did, over the net.” She said smiling. When he mentioned a drink she nodded her head. “Sure.” She added as she brushed her red hair from her face. When he mentioned Jazz wouldn’t show up she laughed and nodded her head. “Not that it wasn’t fun with her. But I kinda just wanted it to be us tonight.” She said with a faint smile. When he moved to get them something to drink, she looked over the apartment once more before looking towards Mitch and where he walked off. “So… If we drink and I stay the night am I sleeping on the couch.” She said teasing as she laughed a bit. She was in a good mood and wanted to stay like this since it has been a while since she’s been in a good mood. -- “What are you doing to do once you’ve finished?” he asked as he grabbed them a couple of beers from the fridge. After removing the caps, he walked back over and handed Lydia one before sitting down on the couch. “It’s just us tonight.” He had no idea where Jaz was. Probably at home or out annoying the world. He just knew that he hadn’t wanted to go out tonight. “Oh god…I wish I never said anything to Jaz.” Now he was forever going to be haunted by that. He was going to get Jaz back for sharing that information. “Actually,” he finally said, “you get the floor.” He was joking, of course. He took a swig of his drink, smiling oh so sweetly at Lydia. * With the beer in hand, she took a sip. Only to shake her head when he mentioned she got the floor. Once swallowed she was laughing lightly. “Psh, more like you get the floor and I get your bed.” She said with a firm nod of her head. “This is the only sound logic.” She snickered before taking another sip. Thinking on his question on what she would do once done with school. “I wanna open my own gallery at some point. But before that, I have to get out there so maybe try selling some paintings online as a friend suggested.” She said thinking about Cisco for the moment. Still, as she sipped her beer she glanced over at Mitch. “I’m gonna have to inspect the bed. Make sure no dirty sheets and all that stuff if I’m gonna be sleeping in it.” She said smiling innocently at Mitch. -- “That is horrible logic and seeing as this is my place I will be sleeping in my own bed.” And Lydia would be sleeping somewhere else. “Doesn’t that coast a good amount of money?” He had no idea. He never once thought about owning any kind of business. So he didn’t have the first clue on how it all worked. He figured you needed money and a lot of it. “That’s a good way to start.” He took another drink and shook his head. “One, my sheets are clean and two, you’re not sleeping in it. You are couched. And that,” he pointed to her innocent little smile, “isn’t going to work.” * “Oh yeah?” She said placing the beer down, and the next thing Mitch saw was Lydia jumping over the couch laughing as she ran into his room. The door shut behind her as she leaned against it laughing. “Oh god, your room is horrid!” She said laughing as she locked the door. At this point, she was laughing more holding her sides as she shook her head. “You are locked out. I claim this my room now. Be gone, heathen!” By this point, she was in tears as she fell back against the bed and just laughed more. This is what she needed. To just have fun and be herself with someone she was comfortable around. And so far she was comfortable around Mitch. “And FYI my smile is amazing, thank you!” -- Okay, that was not what he had expected her to do. He quickly set his own drink down and then jumped up and ran after her. “My room is not horrid!” He said as he tried the doorknob. Nope, locked. “Unlock the door, Lydia!” He could hear her laughter. “I’m so glad you think this is funny.” He knocked on the door and then said, “okay…” He walked away and in a minute later he was back with the key. He unlocked the door and then opened it up. “Hello, Red,” he said as he shoved the key into his pocket and walked right on the inside. “Time to go.” He quickly grabbed her by the ankles and started to pull her off of the bed. * Lydia was laughing at this point. “Oh shit.” Is all she said once he stepped inside. When he grabbed her ankle and tried to pull her off the bed, she wiggled her legs out his hold as she held onto the headboard of the bed. “No I live here now, go away.” She said still laughing as she came to push him away. Of course she was just being playful and wasn’t trying to hurt him. “Oh come on, you’ know you’d be bored if I left right now.” She said snickering as she sat up on his bed and came to stare up at him. “Besides, you know I was going to open the door. After I claimed my side of the bed.” She said laughing suddenly. Her sides hurt at this point. “Okay, okay I’ll play nice. Promise.” She said coming to a stand and holding her hands up. “See, playing nice.” She said standing across from him. -- When she started to wiggle he managed to pull off one of her shoes. He tossed that to the floor and grabbed the other ankle, still trying to pull her off. He wasn’t pulling too hard. He didn’t want to hurt her, especially after she grabbed a hold of the headboard. “You’re going to pay rent then if you’re going to live there,” he told her as he dropped her leg. “I wasn’t saying you had to leave the apartment.” It might not seem like it, he was having fun. Even if he did have to go dig out the key to his bedroom. “Sure you were,” he said as he gave Lydia a skeptical look. “There is no claim. The right side is mine.” He watched as she finally got up off the bed. He smiled down at her before he pushed her back onto the bed. “Doesn’t mean that I will play nice anymore.” * With her shoe tossed to the side, she was laughing even more. So when he shoved her back she let out a sudden sound. “Eep!” Is all that escaped her lips as she came to literally sprawl out on the bed. “Nope, I claimed the whole bed. Mine. You get the floor.” She said laughing as she tried to kick him off her bed at this point. “Psh, bring it on. You wanna play rough.” She said coming to her knees on the bed and playfully shoving Mitch to the side to try and get him away from the bed as best as she possibly could. She was red in the cheeks at this point from laughing as she kept trying to push him away. “No, my bed. I claim the whole thing. You get the floor.” Her head shaking. “See look you’re one step closer to actually getting in the bed with me.” She said falling on her side laughing more. -- Lydia eeping, made Mitch laugh. She sounded like a little mouse when she did it. “Yeah, I don’t think so.” Well, he definitely wasn’t going to try climbing on to his bed with Lydia trying to kick him. He kept moving whenever she tried to push him or kick him. All he had to do was wait for her to tire or make the wrong move and then he’d get in. “Nobody is sleeping on the floor.” And there it was. His moment. He quickly jumped onto the bed and then pushed her off of it. “You were saying?” * When she was pushed off the bed, she let out another eep. Her frame coming up as she glared at him. Her other shoe soon kicked off as she came to grip the edge of the bed. “Oh yeah!” Is all she said as she came to leap towards him playfully. Her frame clinging to Mitch tightly as they rolled on the bed a second as she came to pin him down as she laughed. “Looks like I win, Mitchy.” She said laughing a bit more. Red hair falling off the side of her face as she had her hands against his, and her fingers locked with his. Only to smirk since she was straddling him and staring down. “Go on, say it. I win and I get the bed.” She said shoving him into the mattress playfully. -- “Fuck.” He tried to move out of the way, but it was too late. She was on top of him and clinging onto him as if her life depended on it. He stared up at her and shook his head. “You don’t win anything. I could throw you off if I really wanted to.” He didn’t want to hurt her, so he didn’t do it. “Nope, sorry, I’m not saying it. And you’re also not getting the whole bed. You can sleep on that side,” he told her as he glanced to the left. “Or you can go sleep on the couch.” * “Fine, the left side.” She said sitting up and letting his hands go as she crossed hers and pouted. But she couldn’t help but smirk as she rolled her eyes at him. Her legs tucked under his just in case he tried to push her off, he wouldn’t be able too.”See, aren’t you glad I came over.” She said poking him and laughing. “I make your life less boring.” She teased of course as she came to look around his room once more. “Also, I’m sleeping in your clothes.”Since she didn’t have clothes here or anything creepy like that. So his clothes would have to do for her. For the moment, as she sat on him, she poked his lower stomach playfully. “Are you ticklish, Mitchy?” She asked tickling lightly. -- Damn, just when he thought he could push her off, she hooks herself to him in a different way. “I’m glad you came over even if you’re being a pain,” he told her as he smiled up at her. “You sound like Jaz.” At least right then she did. “I might have something that you could wear. If not, you’ll just have to sleep in your own clothes.” He poked at her side, getting her back for poking him before. “Hey, knock it off.” He started to smack her hands away. * “I’m better than Jaz.” She said with a wink. But when he started slapping her hands away she smiled even more. “Oh my god, you are!”She said as she started poking him more and tickling at his stomach and sides. Lifting his shirt slightly to get a better grip to tickle. Her own snicker escaping her lips. “No, I’ll sleep in your clothes.” She said nodding her head as she continued to tickle him. When he poked her early she did jump slightly on him though out of reaction. So her tickling him, was payback for that now. “So I’m better than you. Say it.” She said laughing. -- “You are, are you? And what makes you better than her?” He couldn’t wait to see what she’d say next. “Hey, I said stop. Not keep going!” He tried to dodge and hit her hands away as much as he could, but it was a losing battle. “Not if you keep this up you’re not.” He told her in between laughter. “I’m NEVER saying it!” He poked her side again and then the time he tickled just to see if she was ticklish as well. * When he poked her side, she jumped again. “Hey stop that!” She said tickling his sides once more. Now how was she better than Jazz? She thought or tried to think. “I don’t know, I just am!” She said laughing, only to squirm on him each time he poked at her sides. Her hands coming to his chest to shove him into the mattress again playfully. “Say it, I’m better than you.” She said laughing as she brought her hands back to his lower stomach to tickle him more. But each poke and tickle he gave her she squirmed more until she was pressed against him trying to hold his hands down. “No tickling me!” She said laughing as she looked down at him. -- “No!” He kept on. If she was going to keep tickling and poking him, then he was going to do the same right back to her. If she wanted him to stop, then she needed to stop as well. “That was bad.” He shook his head. “No. I’m not saying it.” He did kind of wish she’d knock it off now, though. Especially with the squirming. “Then quit tickling me,” he told her. “You stop. And I’ll stop. Seems pretty fair to me.” * Oh, sorry was her squirming bothering him? She didn’t know. So each time he poked and tickled she squirmed against him more. “Okay okay!” She said pulling her hands up above her hand to indicate that she would stop. “There, truce.” She said breathing heavy as she smiled down at him. “I’m still better though.” She said as she winked in his direction. She did, however, glance over him for the moment and noticed a happy trail, but didn’t say anything on it, that was for next time. “Okay, find me a shirt and some shorts so I can change,” She said finally coming off him and laying beside him on the bed. Red hair brushed off to the side and out his face and hers. -- He dropped his own hands when she stopped. “Truce,” he said. “You’re not.” He was never going to say that she was only because she wanted to hear it so badly. “I can’t, I have something on me,” he said as he waited for her to move. Once she did move, he sat up and the finally got up off of the bed. “Are you always so demanding?” He went to his closet and grabbed a shirt that she could wear. Next, he dug through he dresser drawers. It took some digging but he found some shorts that she could probably fit into. “Here,” he said as he handed her the clothes. “They should work for you.” * “Sometimes.” She said with a smile. With the clothes handed to her, she moved to the bathroom in the room to change. “Yeah, it’ll do.” She said changing. It wasn’t long before she was out in his clothes as she had her folded and placed off to the side. Only to laugh once more. “Well, now you can tell Jazz you slept in the bed with me.” She said snickering at him. Despite being in his clothes the only thing she didn’t have was the shorts since they kept falling. But the shirt was big enough to fit her like a dress almost. “Come on, I still wanna drink, bring them bottles in her and we can relax and watch tv in bed.” She said as she sat on the bed once more. That innocent smile has given for the moment. Because Lydia was always innocent. -- While she went to change, he figured he might as well change as well. By the time she came back, he too was in sleepwear. “You two are never going to let that go, are you?” He already knew the answer. It was a big fat no. They were going to bring that up every chance that they got. And he was going to roll his eyes every single time. “Having problems?” he asked, noticing the shorts were sagging. He hadn’t been too sure if they’d fit her, but it was all he had. It wasn’t his fault she was small. “This was your plan all along, huh?” he teased as he walked out of the bedroom. A minute later and he was back, their drinks in his hand. He handed Lydia her bottle and then sat down on the bed. “I still don’t buy that smile.” * She couldn't help but laugh. “Yes, Mitch. My plan is to get you half naked and drunk and then fuck you,” she said laughing more as she took the beer from him. Taking a sip as she waited for him to settle next to her. “Now, if you mean about me sleeping over than … yes “ she held that innocent smile at him. “Please, you think my smile is cute. You know you missed it while I was studying,” she said sipping her beer and poking his side.. -- “Well, you don’t need to get me drunk to do all of that.” Hey, if she could talk like that, he was going to run with it. “Yes, that is what I had meant.” He got comfortable on his side of the bed before grabbing the remote and handing it over to Lydia. “I didn’t miss anything about you while you were down the rabbit hole of school work.” He looked at her and smiled. “If this had been your plan, why didn’t you bring clothes with you?” * “Maybe I wanted to wear your clothes?” she said innocently. When the remote was handed she put on whatever was on. Beer in one hand as she came to rest next to Mitch. A long sip is taken as she glanced over at him. “And you are horrible. Just let me come here to fuck you,” she said snickering a bit as she shook her head. “Have some dignity you act like..” and then she thought a moment. “When is the last time you had sex. Not with Jazz,” she asked curiously. -- “Why?” He honestly didn’t care what she put on the TV. There wasn’t much on right now. There never really was late at night. He took another swig of his beer and then set it down on the nightstand. “Yeah, because you seem so horrified at that thought.” Okay, he hadn’t been ready for Lydia to get that nosy about his sex life. “It’s been a few months. Why?” He didn’t see why she needed to know that. Sure, he happened to be with Jaz a lot. There were no strings attached and he didn’t have to worry about her going crazy on him. * Lydia snickered as she sipped her beer for the moment. When he asked why though she shrugged. “Being nosy,” she said sipping her beer once more. Her fingers coming to poke at his stomach once more. Her frame shifted once more as she brought her leg to rest over his while looking at tv and finishing off her beer. Once done she came to lean over his frame, the shirt lifting slightly as she placed the now empty beer bottle on the dresser. As she shifted back to her side, she came to playfully bite his lower stomach. -- That was an obvious answer to the question. “Why do you feel the need to be nosy about that?” he asked. “Hey, what happened to our truce?” If she was going to start poking, he would start right back up too. When she moved to set her empty beer bottle on the nightstand, he couldn’t help but to watch her. Mostly because she was right there in his face. “What are you doing?” He gave her shoulder a slight push. “You’re becoming obsessed with my stomach or something.” First the poke and now the bite. What’s next? * Lydia rolled her eyes as she moved to sit next to him. “I’m just being playful.” She said huffing slightly as she came to cross her arms and lean back into the pillow for the moment. Her red hair brushed back as she glanced to the tv. Pretending to be interested in what was on. Her legs crossing at the ankle as she glanced over at him from time to time but said nothing. “Thanks for letting me spend the night.” She said softly as she leaned to his side and placed a light kiss to his cheek, before leaning back into the pillows. She always slept over Stiles place, so this was different, and really why couldn’t she spend the night over Mitch’s? -- “I know you are.” He wasn’t dumb. Lydia had been nothing but playful since she basically showed up. Which was fine with him. It was fun. He also liked the fact that she wasn’t bugging him about the dreams. It seemed like that was all Jaz was stuck on lately and it got old after a while. “You’re welcome,” he said as he looked over at her. “I still think you should be sleeping on the floor,” he joked as he put his arm around her shoulders and pulled her in for a half hug. * She rolled her eyes and came to wrap her arm around him and hug him in return. “Psh, I’m too cute to be on the floor.” She said with another firm nod of her head. Only to look up at him and wrinkle her nose at him playfully. “You suck, you know that.” She said keeping her frame leaned into his side, with her head on his shoulders as they watched tv. She did glance up at him for the moment. Examining him a bit more. He looked like Stiles but didn’t all at the same time. It was hard to explain. And even harder to try and comprehend. The OC was a weird place, she was realizing that. But it was home nonetheless. “Anything else you wanna do tonight? We can order food, I can get you drunk to have my way with you. I can kick you out the bed.” She said snickering. -- “Being cute has nothing to do with it.” He laughed. “I don’t suck. Because if I did, you wouldn’t be sitting here next to me right now.” Since she didn’t move away, he had kept his arm around her, holding her close. He’d notice how she kept looking away from the tv and at him. He didn’t say anything, though. “Okay, one, we’re not kicking me out of my own bed, so you need to forget about that idea completely. Do you want to order food? It kind of sounds like you wants to do something else.” * “You never know, you could be out sucking on a corner and I could be keeping the bed warm?” She said laughing as she kept close to him. Only to think about what to eat for the moment. “We can order Italian?” She said looking over at him. “It’ll be on me.” She said sitting up on her knees close to him smiling. Her hands resting on her thighs as she watched him closely. She came to bite her lower lip as she watched him. Only to look to his scruffy hair as she snickered. Still, it fitted him, as she brushed his hair back for the moment. No, Lydia wasn’t going to talk about dreams. That was the last thing she wanted to do. She would rather do anything but that. -- “If I’m on a street corner, so are you. We can be a team,” he jokingly said. “If you know a place that delivers that, then yeah, that sounds good.” When she moved onto her knees, he let his arm drop back down to his side. And there she went again, looking at him like she might be trying to figure something out. Or maybe size him up? “What?” he finally asked. “You keep looking at me in that way. What are you thinking?” * She would have to check her phone to see if she had anything that delivered that. For now, she stared at him. Even when he asked her what. A slight face was made. “I kinda, maybe just a smidge possibly wanna give you a kiss?” she said snickering as she moved to sit back. Her frame moved to the other side of the bed as she grabbed her phone and scrolled for delivery places near them to order food from. Because the food sounded great right now. * “You kind of maybe want to kiss me?” Who says something like that and then starts doing something else? He was less worried about the food and more focused on what she had said. “So, why don’t you do it?” * She stopped playing with her phone as she came to look at him for the moment. The phone placed off to her side as she came to stare at him a moment. That was an invitation, after all... So, she leaned in. Leaning up a bit to have her lips press against him in that kiss. Her hands resting against his chest as she leaned more onto him. -- The question was an invitation. But he was also wondering why she wasn’t trying to do it in the first place. If it was something that she wanted to do. She didn’t seem like somebody who needed to ask or say what she wanted. She, like Jaz, seemed like somebody who did what she wanted and took what she wanted. When she kissed him, he kissed her back. Did he think they would be doing this when she said she wanted to hang out tonight? Nope. But he wasn’t going to turn down a cute girl who wanted to kiss him either. * The fact that he kissed back had her cheeks turning a little red. In truth, this was the last thing Lydia thought they'd be doing right now, but she also wasn't complaining either. So with a tilt of her head, she leaned up more to deepen the kiss. A low muffled moan escaping her lips. Her hand on his chest tighten slightly while the other was used to keep her upright, as she pressed more into his chest, the feel of her tongue brushing against his was soon felt next. -- Should he be kissing her? Probably not. He didn’t want things to get weird between. He liked what they had so far. And there was the thing about her being with somebody. Or at least he thought she had somebody. They could’ve broken up. It wasn’t like he knew. What he did know was that Lydia had been all over him for half the night, so yeah, it was hard to go along with this when she brought up the fact that she had wanted to kiss him. He kissed her back more deeply, placing his hand on the side of her head, fingers starting to entangle in her red hair. * What was going on with Loki was… complicated, she barely saw him and that said something since the man lived in the apartment with her. And right now, Lydia didn’t want to think about any of that. Right now, she wanted to enjoy herself, and truth be told Mitch was easy to get lost into, with his reputation and everything. It was easy to indulge for one night, right? So, when his hands came into her red hair, her frame shifted. Coming to straddle the man for the moment, her hands coming to press into his chest, as she tilted her head to the side a bite, her teeth lightly nipping at his lower lip, before licking the skin she nipped at. Low muffled moans could be heard coming from her. -- Mitch wasn’t going to ask about it. Not right now anyway. Kissing her right now was a lot more interesting than asking questions about her maybe a boyfriend. Plus, it seemed like she really wanted this to be happening. So why stop her? When she started to move, he pulled away just enough to break the kiss and for her to settle on his lap. Once she was done with that, he went right back in to kiss her. “Bite-y little thing, aren’t you?” * When he called her a bitey little thing, she smirked. “Maybe,” she said. Her hands coming to run through his hair as she grinded her hips a little into him. Mainly testing the waters to see how far things could go between them tonight. |
