    My intro :)
Hello everyone! I'm Adrianne Brennan, author of Blood of the Dark Moon, which is the first book of the Dark Moon series about vampires, secret societies, and erotic romance. The book takes place in the West Village of NYC.

You can read more about it here: http://www.adriannebrennan.com/botdm.html

Happily, I've got two events going on!

1 - a book signing in Salem on Jan 25th (details if you click on that link)

2 - nomination for Best Horror Ebook of 2007 in the Preditor and Editors Polls. If you're interested in supporting me and my book, please go here to go vote: http://www.critters.org/predpoll/novelh.shtml

I'm pretty damned busy working on the book's sequel plus doing events for the book already out. I wish this were my full time job, but alas, it isn't. :( I work full time as a computer programmer when I'm not running around like a lunatic, lol.

And somewhere... I actually find time to read fantasy novels!! :D I just read a great one recently geared towards young adults but easily could be for the older crowd. It's called Wicked Lovely. Great book and I hope there's a sequel!

Lets get things started with something painfully obvious.

Who're your favorite urban fantasy authors? I'm a fan of Diane Duane, Nina Kiriki Hoffman, and Neil Gaiman, and I'm getting into Charles Delint slowly but surely. Who else should I be reading?
