The moment Kevin started to move, Su followed him, slamming shut the back doors of the van and then heading around to the driver's seat. Hoping in, she closed the door and buckled her seat belt before starting up the van. Music began to play quietly; the radio was still set to a local classic rock station from the last time Kevin had been in the van with her. When she was sure he was buckled in and ready, Su took off, driving in the direction of town. Drumming her hands on the steering wheel, she glanced over at him and asked, "So what's the house like? Big, or small?" She could well remember the first house she'd stayed in with them; it'd only had two beds and she'd ended up sharing with Kevin... she definitely hadn't been complaining about that.
