"I like my job well enough," Terrence said with a shrug. "It entertains me, to call myself law enforcement. But I wouldn't say I love it." Not that he really said he loved anything. It wasn't the word choice he was objecting to this time, though - well, it was, but not out of simple dislike of the word love. It was a perfectly good word except when it conveyed emotions that got complicated.
He started to laugh, then, and the crab in his hand managed to nearly get him again while he was distracted. He set it back down in the ring, to let them wander around and have fun while they were talking. "You know stripper names better than me," he said. "That's hilarious. In my defense, I haven't been to a strip club in years." He grinned. "Alright, Candy Cane it is. And," he added, as the blue crab climbed down off the crab in question, "That one's Blue Balls."
