Again, Chas just raised her eyebrows. She was trying to fathom the concept of laying hands on Patience, or vice-versa, but she simply couldn't. Different twins, different relationships though. She thought Marek and Melinda were closer personality wise, and maybe that had something to do with it. "Did it accomplish what you wanted it to?" Chas asked as she led the way into Patience's kitchen and set the bag down on the table.
As he started to rub the salve in, Chas moved around, grabbing two plates and setting them on the table. "You want something to drink?" She wasn't really sure what Patience had, but there was definitely water. Iced tea too, she thought.
Snorting at his remark about pregnant woman, Chas pulled open the bag. Her stomach growled faintly in response to the smell (which was much better than the times it churned in responses to smells she'd once liked) and Chas reached in to pull out the food as she laughed and said, "I bet Melinda would punch you again if she heard you say that. But as a pregnant woman-" Weird. "-I have to say that your food so far is amazing. You have an appreciation for odd combinations that works well with weird cravings."
