Who: Rose and Dennis What: sneaking out of the hospital. When: Sunday. Where: St. Mungo's --> elsewhere Warnings: TBA Status: Incomplete
From Rose's perspective, the loss of her belongings had been the far greater problem. Now that she had spent quite a bit of time replacing as much of it as she could, and adding new things to her collection as well, she felt much less lost. People were still missing - but people had never been permanent fixtures in Rose's life, so she bore it well. That wasn't to say that she wasn't grieving; she was, but she could hold it together as long as her world didn't feel like it was entirely falling apart. Having her things, many of which were hoarded for the specific possibility of disaster or apocalypse, to ensure she'd never go hungry or cold, made that feeling go away almost entirely.
She bundled up, carrying her belongings in a plastic bag over her shoulder, and headed back to the hospital, to find Dennis. St. Mungo's made her nervous, but as long as her friends were there, she'd bear it.
