Felixa had little experience in dealing with the black market. And what she had done had generally been discovered in the last few weeks. Her skills at disguising herself were improving. It helped that none of them generally knew who she was. Felixa hadn't been a wandmaker that long, and it allowed her to develop her persona. That said, she still had a long way to go due to her inexperience.
The man she saw was wholly unfamiliar - not simply in regards to his looks. Those were easy enough to change, so that Felixa did not trust them. They were likely not his, if anything to a greater degree than her own. Yet she took in every little piece of his body language that she could, and what she wanted most - but doubted she would get a chance to see given the location - was a single glimpse at his wand. Cores were at times difficult to guess, but it would have helped her greatly to judge his character.
His words were not surprising, but she listened as well to the cadence of his voice. She was already her own persona - Franscesa Bianchi. "I am a woman who knows what I want," Felixa spoke with a strong Italian accent, specifically of one from Rome, "And I am willing to pay well to get it."
