Remus picked up the mug he had just finished brewing of fresh earl grey tea for himself. He was thankful for Hestia's return and hoped the woman would manage well on her recovery. He was even more thankful to have seen so many of his former colleagues together in one space earlier that evening, all with their own minds once again. It gave him a sense of hope.
He had spent a bit of time in the company of the former Order members, around the bedside of Hestia, before he quietly bowed his head, whispering 'Goodnight' to them all. He had told Dora he was heading home, figuring she might have wanted some time with the others, but he found it just a bit too crowded. He wasn't used to that any longer and though he enjoyed the company, he felt the urge to retreat. He was simply exhausted from the entire ordeal and he felt as if he had no right to be, since he hardly helped. It had been so close to his moon shift that he had been useless really for any sort of rescue.
He pushed open the master bedroom door, setting down his tea, and moved to change into something more comfortable. He had whispered to Dora earlier that he hoped she'd join him soon, as he hadn't the time to speak with her much in the midst of Hestia's disappearance.
Truth was, he had been so filled with worry on the eve of the rescue attempt that now all he wished to do was reassure himself that she was indeed fine.
