Various stages of death and un-death... Reanimation of basic cellular functions... Appetites for grey matter... I'm like a kid in the proverbial candy store.
If that store, of course, was populated by flesh-consuming humanoid creatures. Which, I suppose, it very well could.
Not to say it was not a trying time, by any means. I am sure such an epidemic was difficult for certain individuals. But the science..! Such an incredible happening!
Though, I am in a mood for that aforementioned candy. Hmm, I wonder if the outbreak caused a shortage of lemon drops. |

Say what you will about the natural laws of the universe, their capacity to bend at the most unexpected times makes for some amazing discoveries.
And, some colorful explosions!
It occurs to me, though, I haven’t left the lab for some time, especially given the severe lack of breakfast pastries I had in cryogenic suspension.
I find it helps preserve the flavor.
But strudel aside, it has been a most remarkable number of days! I do hope no one has encountered too difficult an adjustment period. Feel free to leave your name, number, and a genetic sample if you find the time.

I really am quite beside myself. To think that this para-dimension can list amongst its properties the ability to the counter the aging effect. Oh, if only I had been able to witness it for myself, I am sure I could have learned so much.
No matter, I am sure it must have been a marvelous time interacting from a unique temporal perspective. And Peter, he was so adorable in his younger years.
Not that he isn’t an attractive man now, mind you. I would hate to cause a stir of misinformation that hampered his ability to connect with the opposite sex.
I can personally vouch for my son, he has no disabilities that would decrease his sexual performance, at least not physically, nor does he exhibit any symptoms of possessing a venereal disease. Quite the fit young man, I would surmise. |

One gets perhaps just a bit over engaged, spending a few extra days sequestered in the lab, and suddenly things get interesting.
I assume it has been a few days, yes? I am afraid my watch met an unfortunate, yet pleasantly illuminating, end during the course of research.
No matter. I am sure the microwave will be fixed before you know it. |

In order to further understand the phenomenon in question, I feel I should gather information from others on their experiences in being drawn to this supposed alternative dimension.
Perhaps one or more of you might volunteer to explain to me the principle experience that brought you to what we’ll label “focused reality shift.”
I much enjoy that phrasing. Not at all as flighty as “bubble theory,” but I warned Dr. Linde on naming things that sound like lavatory cleaning postulations.
Though I do enjoy those cartoon bubbles that clean the toilet. Oh! Imagine if such were true. |

Much like the summer of '84, if I recall, though I'm fairly certain I haven’t imbibed any illicit substances recently.
