Gar: As soon as I get some lab time available, would you be willing to come in and let me test your DNA? I'm curious to see if the pigment is something latently attached to your genetic code, or if it's something that can't be passed on genetically.

And thank you very much for all your help when the world was ending. I don't know what we'd have done if you hadn't brought us water and air. You were wonderful.
