So. I don't really know anything about weddings. Maybe my maid of honour can help me with those kinds of things?

Right. Um. Thought you all might want to know. Aaron asked me to marry him, and I've said yes. So look for wedding invites at some point? I'm not about to do anything very fancy, and I'm certainly not wearing white, before anyone asks. But I sort of ... wanted to let you all know. You're my mates.

	Marriage is a bit different here. You can sort of get the legal people to say it never happened if it doesn't work out. So there's an escape hatch. And he isn't the sort to keep me on a tight leash. 	See? Practical. Besides, it makes more sense to me to spend the cash on the honeymoon. I've been reading up, and weddings can be small - thirty or forty people, and not many people standing up with you doing whatever they do. I don't even think I know more than forty people here.
