Two.
Odd, that the royalty in the English family has such despicable style. I have found the telly a most fascinating interest and time to be had, though the Queen belittles herself by wearing such ridiculous hats, and by dressing herself in a most obscene yellow, as a runny egg has passed and solidified over her body.

My own family is not quite so vain, and I am grateful for that.

Zounds, how bizarre, how queer, how absurd.

I have been told that I speak like a Count, or more exactly, The Count from some odd-sounding show on the telly. And when I show that I truly do not understand what is meant, I am asked to count anything. "One street urchin, two street urchins," and then to laugh.

There is much in this world that baffles, and much more that makes no existent sense.

The military has been enlisting women since the 1940s. There was a second world war going on, and with all these men off in battle, the upper Brass realized they needed people to do the 'off field' work: building, taking files, shipping supplies, so they started recruiting women. Low and behold, many of them found out that females workers as a whole were just as profficient as men and it was decided to continue taking women in 'non combat' related military jobs.

	No, but it's suited to a soldier, and you'll be surprised how military training's helped me with cooping to be a parent ..He disappeared just before his son was born. Woke up one morning, one minute he was there-the next..gone. ~~thank you for bringing that up~~ (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Yeah.. It's no longer that extreme, especially since modern body armor is built so you can't tell a person's gender unless you hear them speak. Plus, shooting a rifle or firing a grenade doesn't require the need to cut off a breast. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Since army leaders realized that the quicker way to win a battle and not loose men is to use battle tactics other than close up combat: poison gas, artilary, various sorts of explosives and mines.

Suicide bombers have become a recent favorite.

There's no 'battle field' any more. Many times they'll just start to attack military bases and hospitals, killing soldiers as well as destroying supplies.
