Ngggh, there's something really sexy about dry aged beef. And my meat vendor had Kobe beef. Not the fakey American kind, but genuine Tajima cattle, super happy beef with the hottest marbling you've ever seen. Sashimi, here we come.

... just not on the beef, I'm going to put it on the menu and in my belly. I'm not that pervy.
