You didn't fail, my child. Being a Jedi does not mean you are perfect nor does it mean you are all knowing.

We all "mess up" as you so succinctly put it. I made a fatal mistake in chasing Darth Maul to the extent I did, as well as putting all my trust in an untested boy who later became the enemy of my Padawan. Would you not call that messing up? And what of my mistakes with Tahl and Xanatos?

You see, everyone, even Jedi, make mistakes. Your only mistake was caring about those girls and trying to save them. You did all you could, sweetheart. No one could expect any more from you. But quitting your training and not meditating...do you really want to let those people take that away from you? You're good at what you do, both in training and as a detective. Don't allow those horrible people to take away anything else that you care about.

	Jamie helped. I was going to contact you. For help, with meditating. I think I can do it with someone else now. I didn't think about any of it that way. I don't know if I would've listened before, but... you're right. Maybe not about me being good at what I do. But I don't want to let them take anything else. They'll win. They don't deserve to win.
