I'm putting ![[info]](http://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) tv_icontest on temporary Hiatus until the new year as this semester is already draining pretty much every drop of energy I possess out of me and it's become quite obvious that I'm not capable of being even close to on time when it comes to new challenges/voting and reminders.
Unless I'm mistaking, there aren't any challenges open (that includes votings/results). You can keep voting for the next Challenge at the poll I posted with Challenge 28.
HOWEVER, if anybody wants to temporary take over in those two months and keep this icontest running, feel free to comment to this post and I'll add you as a maintainer.

First of all, there's still only one participant for Challenge 28 and I think the challenge has been extended past it's due date. Since I'm too tired to even pick a favourite icon, I'll extend the challenge until tomorrow after lunch (which should be a bout 2pm).
The new challenge will get posted tomorrow as well.

First of all, there are only 4 icons by one person entered for Challenge 28. That is why I'm going to extend the Challenge (again)! If there aren't any entries by next Friday, I'll simply pick a Mod's Choice (unless someone asks for a bit more time).
In the challenge post, you can also vote for the fandom of the next challenge! (You don't need to enter to vote)
Secondly, in preparation of university keeping me really busy, I'm going to make Challenges bi-weekly until the semester is over (early February)

Challenge 26 has a couple of more votes and I'm going to close it... but not tonight. I'm simply too tired to count straight and I'd rather not make mistakes. Anybody who still wants to vote can do so within the next 12 hours.

This is a reminder that we're in desperate need of votes for Challenge 26. If I don't have more votes by Friday, I'm going to ask a couple of friends/family members to tell me their favourites (and add it in a screened comment by me for completeness sake as they don't have an IJ account).
Secondly, the current Challenge is due on Friday which leaves you a bit over 48 hours to enter. So far there aren't any entries at all!

I picked a couple of images more than usual this time (10 in total) since I couldn't decide which to pick after going a bit overboard while saving them.
Rules for this specific challenge:
- You are free to use any Images of the movie "The Skeleton Key".
- Everything with the exception of animation is allowed.
- Icons should be no larger than 100x100px and 40kb.
- You can submit up to four (4) icons!
Entries are due on 25 September 2 October (Friday) at 10pm German Time!

Due to a tie, there won't be a voting for the next challenge. The tie was between Nikita (this challenge) and the movie The Skeleton Key (general challenge).

- Icons have to feature sunglasses. They don't need to be worn and it doesn't matter who wears them (although my sample images only feature Nikita)

Sorry for being a day late, but I've caught a cold that kept me from focusing on my computer (and therefore online things). The new challenge will be up shortly. However, before posting results for Challenge 25 I would like to see a couple of more votes there which is why I'm going to give it until tomorrow before posting results.

You have until tomorrow to enter Challenge 26. I meant to post this yesterday, but I was completely beat (the after-effects of several weeks of stress?)
