The Aim +
To provide a list of tutorials from around the web. All forms of digital art will be showcased. This asylum is only tutorials concerning the visual media software such as Photoshop, Paintshop, GIMP, Corel, and so forth. All CSS and HTML tutorials are collected tutorial_res.

The Reason +
Tired checking website after website for that one tutorial I forgot to bookmark, I thought I would create a resource that everyone can benefit from.

The Format +
This comm will follow many of the newsletter comms. Daily I (or another maintainer) will post the collection of tutorials gleaned from the web in their various forms. If anyone would like to have their tutorial linked here email tutorial.res@Gmail.com
