There are not too many rules - Be nice to everyone, try not to leave anyone hanging, and if you need to be away for a while, let the community know. There is only one comm location for everything - which makes it much easier for everyone to find what they need. Tags are your friends, and it makes the Mods life easier if you use them.

If you have any problems, contact the mods in a comment here (comments are screened) and include your email address. The mods will be back to you as soon as possible.

All that aside, try to have fun, and let your imagination run wild!

The town? It's a little off the main road, down a ways and over a bridge. A decent place, got all the bits you need. Post office. Local shops. A couple of pubs for lodgings. There's only one road in, one road out. Rest is all woods. Peaceful like, if that's your thing. Tis a pleasant way to live. Out there. In the woods.

Lots of new folk are moving that way. City folk. Looking for a new way of life. Some coming to work at the new whatcha call it. 'Research facility'. All their fancy degrees and fancy titles. Still, will be nice to see some new blood in town. Might even be able to help rebuild the library. Such a shame, that fire. All those books...

You'll be staying a while then? Lovely. Hope you enjoy yourself. Get settled in all right. I'm sure you'll be calling the place home in no time. Mind you don't wander to far into the woods. Not safe for those who don't know their way.

The genre is mystery, and will allow for much character and relationship development. Key pieces of plot will be revealed to you as time goes on. Each player must first select a starting point - are you an existing resident, or are you new to the town?

Turn The Pages is an OC game, with all characters based on those who have appeared in written form in one way or another. This includes books, comics, movie scripts, television scripts, classic stories, myths, poems and song lyrics.

To place a hold, please comment below with the character you taking as your muse, your email address, and a PB if you have one.

An application will be emailed to you if your hold is successful. Holds last for 2 weeks.
