12 Hilarie Burton icons, one with Bethany Joy Galeotti, from assorted caps of One Tree Hill, and one with Kaira Akita from their appearance on Little Britain USA. They all feature her with blue hair because I first tried changing hair colors with an image of her, and I liked the blue on her so much that I made more. And probably will make more for a character who sprung from this. BJG has purple hair, 'cause I can. No one probably cares, but I am posting anyway.
