This episode is the FRVS take on the Luke Doggett murder case, and quite frankly... and I don't say this about FRVS often (I'm not the author of this particular story)... but "Face To Face" - to me - is 100% better than the XF episode "Release", it's intriguing and it goes into aspects of the Luke Doggett murder and all the players that I would have liked to have seen play out on TXF series. It's a true gem, Kristi (if you ever lurk here), this episode is f*cking brilliant (and you know me, that's my highest compliment). I hope you guys give this story a chance it's such a good read. Hello, I run Fan History, a fandom wiki dedicated to writing and preserving the history of fandom. There is an article about the X-Files fandom that could use some help from people inside the fandom. :) While it is easy to get things like when communities were started and when canon was released, it is much harder to put that information into context, find out about fandom fighting, who the big name fans are and what people are doing at conventions and on the more remote parts of the Internet. Any help in editing the article would be much appreciated. :) If you don't feel comfortable editing the X-Files article, please pass the link along to anyone you think might be able to. :) The more people who contribute to the article, the more accurate and useful it will be. |

I like searching for obscure torrents, and I came by this torrent a while ago. It's the audiobook to one of the X-Files tie-in novels. I thought I'd put it up here for anyone that wants it. I haven't listened to it yet, so I'm not sure of the quality. It looks like it's only available on audiotape at Amazon. I'm currently getting Ground Zero narrated by Gillian Anderson if there's any interest at all.

One of my friends called me the other day, and said she saw news (on E!) that said that the 2nd X-Files movie was definitely moving forward... Unfortunately, she couldn't remember any useful info... Anybody know anything? |
