Hey all~ I'm sorry for randomly disappearing on a few the other day and being absent in the past days. There was a mix-up in our telephone/net bill so I had to endure excruciating internet withdrawal for the last 4 days. Basically, the STOOPEED PPLZ in the telephone company thought we had not paid, when we did. It's irritating. We reported it and showed our receipt and they were like "OHRIGHT. YOU PAID! 8D" I was like "D8<" and I wanted to smack a witch so bad. /rant
Anyway. I am in a cafe, whoring for internetz to let you all know what's happening. Hopefully, we'll have the net back soon. They said we'll have it back today, but I don't know. >:[

Hello, hello!
My name is Hailey and I come bringing the one-day-Wizarding-Wireless-Network-celebrity Glenda Chittock. What a mouthful! As for myself, I am a 22 year old college student who is majoring in the Classics (for those of you wtf’ing, this is understandable), located in good ol’ California. It’s been a while since I’ve been RP active, but having heard great things from pied piper who brought me here, I’m really excited to get involved.
As for the character, Glenda comes from a prominent family descended from Sacharissa Tugwood (founder of many of the first beautifying potions/treatments). Because of this, she grew up quite the spoiled young lady, but never to the extent of being snobbish for no reason. She’s typically amicable and sociable, always organizing extracurricular events for dances or charities, and is the head of the school newspaper where she writes an advice column. But don’t let this fool you! Her interest in schoolwork surrounds just the extracurricular “fun” stuff; her schoolwork tends to teeter on average in all but Herbology and Potions out of sheer disinterest, and she has been lectured many a time about dotting her i’s with hearts or stars in her essays. Despite this, Glenda is the Hufflepuff prefect.
She has her negative qualities as well, mainly unintentional shallowness and ignorance towards those of lesser lifestyles which, needless to say, can at times be quite insulting, but it’s rarely meant to be vindictive and she at least considers herself at the top of the social food chain. Hello loves! This is Chele and I'm here to bring my second character, Isabel Urquhart! She's a 6th year Slytherin. I'll have all of her info up soon but the basic idea of her is that for a Slytherin's she's a pretty polite girl. It's hard to get into her inner circle but she does need a few friends that she's really close too. Though it'll probably only be the ones in just her year/house since she's with them more often than anyone else. If you are one of her really good friends, be prepared to be spoiled when it comes to their birthday/christmas. She buys great gifts. :-) She LOVES music, she can play the piano and she does like to sing. Isabel is a fan of some muggle music but only her really really close friends would know that. If she loves you, you'll know it. If she hates you..you won't know it. She tends to be polite to people she hates, because she thinks it'll be easy to get what she wants out of them. Um..she has an older brother, Cillian who already left Hogwarts and he was in Slytherin so you could say some of the 7th years might remember him.
So yeah, that's the basics that I can think of. Like I said, I'll have her profile up and running soon. :-)
For now though, she needs a few best friends, friends, enemies, maybe a past fling/future thing. So feel free to IM me or leave a comment here. <3
