Hello everyone! I've been a long time lurker and I thiiink this is my first post. Anyway, I'm after tips on how to conceal dark circles. I have Ooh La Lift from Benefit, which I use sometime, but idk, I feel like there's something about it that draws attention to my undereye area? And EyeCon is great for when I'm wearing BB cream and not much else, but if I layer eye shadow on top, it's settled into the cracks within two hours or so.

A tip of my own that one of my colleagues in Singapore got me onto: if your eyes are looking a little puffy and red, layer either a translucent gold or silver glitter eyeliner (I use Fantasy from Lush) over the top of your regular brown or black. It's a lot more subtle than you'd think and makes me look as though I've got 8 hours of sleep instead of just 4 or 5.

okay so my wardrobe is currently...a mess. no direction in particular, still a lot of clothes not picked out by "me". i don't have a personal style yet and def not the budget or resources to start buying/building one but i would like one for focus and just because, well, i want one??? i mostly have tees (thnx high school) that i wear due to convenience but would prefer blouses &c. i'm not sure exactly what my style is but my fave things are my hair accessories, probably because they are the few things i've actually picked out myself, which incl a lot of headbands and headbows. :"]

what is your personal style? feel free to add pics. or do you not have one either? what was your journey to finding it? do you have any tips? do you have anything you are pulling from for inspo? is there like a store/blog you basc want all over your body/closet? or are you like "nah, screw a personal style". are you still confused about it or have you ~perfected~ your image?? what would be your dream personal style???

ummm i'm also not sure on how to tag this. eta ok i ended up tagging this as "-clothing" and "how to" because of all the great tips & guides in the comments. it seems to fit for now.

... so i'm most likely going to south korea in october (if war doesn't break out/i don't go broke before that etc.) --- i'm just wondering what would people wear in a country that's going to be 18 celcius degrees.

i don't want to like, bring my thick winter jacket with me. but i'm planning to wear my long johns under my shirt (...is that too much).

HELP, FRIENDS, FOR I AM LOST. also warm blooded, because it's hot all the time in malaysia. what would you recommend???

ty in advance!

So I'm still curious as to what natural stuff people use. Also, I dunno how accurate the links I'm linking to are.

I have combination skin. My diet and sleep cycle have been horrid, so I find it hard to tell what works and what doesn't. I haven't experienced one of those magical "WHOA EVERYTHING WAS GONE THE NEXT DAY!!" things I've read when I looked over some reviews, though. I want to try jojoba oil next, but I dunno how that'll work out.

Anyway, I have tried adding baking soda to Cetaphil, and then I use a 1:4 apple cider vinegar to water toner after that. I like the first part; it leaves my skin feeling really soft, and I use that Olay ProX brush with it. I dunno if that counts as "natural". I hate the second's smell. But my friend said something about acid-base, so I do it. I'm slightly skeptical about it really balancing it out, and I just want to blot my face with pH paper afterwards, though. I've also tried applying apple cider vinegar directly onto some spots, like I heard someone else suggest, but it didn't work that well for me.

I've been using witch hazel as a toner. I generally like it, but it has been drying my face out, too (obviously). I THINK it's better for me than some other store-bought stuff, though.

I also use a rose water spray. I like it a lot, and it sometimes leaves my face feeling really soft.

So what do you use, and how has it worked out for you?

I'm not entirely sure if this should go here, or what tag it'd be under, but you guys seem really knowledgeable and experienced!

Last year, I treated myself to this. But then it shrank. A LOT. I REALLY like its original size, so has anyone re-stretched a sweater before? If so, how did you do it?

Thanks!
