"I think I'll be okay," he said. "It's just weird, you know? It's happening like last time, only faster. I'll admit it, Tonks...I'm scared. Who isn't? This is real."
He wanted to keep repeating it to himself. This is real, this is real, this is REAL. It still felt like a dream.
Standing with the blanket around his shoulders, he reached out tentatively and hugged Tonks. Normally, he wasn't really the hugging type, but today he ached for a bit of physical reassurance.
"Thanks," he said. "For everything. I know you're working hard to figure this all out and it means a lot."
