Tonks blinked as Remus bypassed her entirely to the aid of a completely drenched customer. Her eyes widened at the random man's state and she looked past him to see a few other customers shaking off a variety of teas and coffees off their robes. "Wow, what happened there-" Tonks' eyes widened again in realisation and she looked down to her arms, realising that there was a tiny little something missing. She winced and smiled sheepishly, turning to look over her shoulder at the counter and calling out a half hearted, "Sorry!"
Tonks grinned back at Lupin, trying very hard to fight off a debilitating case of laughing her arse off until she leaned closer to him when he whispered, frowning, "The moon's out-- Oh, you mean.. The moon." The moon, his moon, a full moon. His fluffier time of the the month. "Were you able to get your.. Potion okay? Do you need any help? Is there anything I can do?" Tonks looked to him. She had no word from her mangy cousin and didn't know if he was still in the same continent much less close enough to be any help, and Lily had Harry and a lot of things to worry about. Tonks could still remember what Lupin had said about.. About the transformation, and with things the way they were she definitely did not want to leave him alone. Let MLE get one of the rookies to take their damned lunch order.
