Ron drew silent for a moment, and then he moved his hands in front of him, trying to coax the right words out of his mouth.
"But...but...I'm no bloody character from a book. And she tends to spend most of her time, scolding and admonishing me," and he drew silent again and starting to shake his head, "It's no good. She wouldn't let me. I seriously doubt she's even thought about me, like that I mean. No, I think I'll try talking to another girl and get some good solid advice. I need someone to speak with about Quidditch. Hermione can barely stand it when I talk to her about it now, let alone if I asked her out," and even as Ron said the words, something inside of him softened. He'd never thought about Hermione like that, not in the least.
