Where: hallway of the school and TBA
When: morning
What: Ophelia needs an answer.
Ophelia was even worse off than she had been since she learned the news of Simon's death because of a horrible new discovery. Simon had not actually moved on and was now a ghost wandering the halls of the school. She saw him at his funeral and the shock was so great that she couldn't stay there for the rest of the service. After whispering to Mandy she had to go, she ran and ran down the hallway, ending up in the bathroom and burst into tears. She cried for an hour and remained curled up for another hour. The rest of the evening was not much better and she could barely sleep that night.
Why was he unable to move on? What had happened? She didn't understand it and she was not sure if she would be able to see him again like Aya. She woke Friday morning, trying to think of what she needed to do. Closure was important and she'd gotten some of that with her deceased friend Aya, so maybe she had to with Simon. If she could find his ghost, it would be one of the most difficult things she had to do. Ophelia was not sure she had enough courage to find him and was so preoccupied with this thought that she left her room in one of Simon's shirts that she used for sleepwear.
The school was not the smallest building in the world and she increased her pace, bare feet padding softly against the cool floor. There were several ghosts she saw, not him, and she made sure to examine every hall thoroughly. At last, she saw a familiar figure down one of the corridors - she could recognize that walk anywhere - and started to run. No one else was in the hallway, at least corporeal forms, and Ophelia raised her voice. "SIMON!" she called out angrily, desperately. "STOP!"
