Pearl had been awake for a couple of hours before she started looking around James' kitchen. The witch had got in sometime during the middle of the night and been let in by James. After the day she'd had, with the car breaking down and her being stuck in some town until it was fixed, she'd fallen asleep almost as soon as she was left alone, but after a few hours she woke up again and just couldn't get back to sleep.

At about nine she was too bored to care if the boys were still trying to sleep so she made french toast and three cups of tea and crept into their bedroom. Setting the stuff down on the nearest surface Pearl crawled onto the bed and then pounced Will to wake him up.

Fuck. Devon had got fucking heavy. Will grumbled, black bed hair all over his face as the large lump jumped on him, knocking all the air from his lungs as per usual. "Uuugh..." Could he smell toast? And tea? Was James already up? There was a presence next to him and the smell of his lover told him he still had company so who the fuck had made breakfast? Wiping a hand over his face he blinked up at the blonde - buxon - grinning -

"PEARL??" The sleepy angel's face lit up and he immediately wrapped his arms around her, toussling her around and not even thinking that she could be falling onto James. "HOLY FUCK when did you get here?"

Will had been slightly curious the night before as to why Devon was going to spend the night with James' stepfather whom he hated so much, but he had told him that he wanted to have a night alone with him. This was the real reason why, however. But he had managed to keep it from him, disappointed that Will was asleep when she'd arrived last night but he'd been all sorts of fucked out anyway and Pearl was tired so he'd just left them both to sleep, knowing it would make for a nice surprise in the morning.

And a surprise it certainly was. He hadn't even heard her come in, hadn't even noticed her climb onto the bed, hadn't noticed anything at all until he heard Will yell and was then elbowed by a perky blond which that his boyfriend was tossing around. "Ow! Ugh.. What the...?" Half asleep James wasn't always all that pleasant. But at least he looked sexy with his bedhead, all shirtless with a scowl upon his lips.

"Watch the crotch..." He muttered, attempting to shift to make room on the massive bed.

It was a good thing that nothing came out of Will's mouth about Pearl being heavy because she would have hit him. Ok, so she would have been laughing, but there still would have been hitting.

She was definitely laughing when she saw the realisation hit Will. The witch hugged him back when he wrapped his arms around her, not thinking about the fact she was hitting James until he made noises. Still giggling, she tried not to hurt him any more. "Oops sorry!" Pearl started with the apology to the demon before she turned back to Will to answer his question. "The middle of last night? I made breakfast! And tea!" With that she bounced off the bed again and offered them french toast and tea, perching herself on the foot of the bed so as not to invade James' space too much.

Grumpy James was so cute. Grumpy, adorable, bedhead, wonderful James who had clearly kept Pearl's visit a secret. Will laughed at James' mumbling but as soon as the girl was off of him he leant over to press a kiss on the demon's lips. "You..." he said simply, before his attention was caught by food.

There was no time for words. Pearl made good tea, good toast, and the angel was going to enjoy it and get crumbs in the bed.

If there was one person that could instantly put James into a better mood, it was Will. And the sound of his laughter brought a smile to his face even with his eyes closed, which he had closed them again as soon as he'd managed to get out of Will and Pearl's way. But the kiss made him smile more, a sort of self-satisfied grin as he opened his eyes. "Thought you could use another friendly face." A hand reached up to push a few messy strands of hair off of the other man's face before he was discarded in favor of food. Wasn't that always the case?

Giving a huge stretch, James glanced at Pearl and offered her a small smile. "Thanks." Will with toast in bed. There went the sheets. But it wasn't like they didn't probably need changing anyway. He accepted his share and dug in. It was good. Maybe they should keep her around.

The very happy Pearl was obviously in a very good mood because she didn't even bring up bile at James and Will being sickeningly cute. Instead she grinned and, in-between her nibbling of toast, she even said something nice about the demon. "Yes, your boyfriend, who incidentally agreed to a truce because we both love you so much, suggested that I come and see you to make New York a little brighter. Well... without the brighter bit, but he did do it to make you happy." Pearl shrugged. "So surprise! I was meant to be here early enough to go out last night but my car had other plans."

Will really would never ever get used to the way he was called boyfriend, or the way James was called boyfriend. It was far too nice and far too - humbling. It made him feel gooey inside but of course he wasn't going to admit that. James would already know anyway. Draping one of his legs over the demon's beneath the covers, needing some contact of skin on skin, Will merely smiled at her through his toussled hair. "I was out. Then I was - occupied." His big toes gave a knowing stroke against James' foot.

And it was the little things like that that really turned James to mush, those small gestures like Will's leg over his beneath the cover that let him know that the angel wanted him close that made the butterflies flutter around in his stomach. He smiled a little, almost shyly, but said nothing, enjoying his toast as he left those two to talk.

But that grin grew greatly as Will mentioned having been occupied. They'd definitely had a nice time staying in. Nowhere in the apartment had been safe last night. Just thinking about it made him feel amorous. But they had company so now wasn't really the time for that. "We could all go out tonight," James suggested. "Unless you'd rather just go out alone together."

She wrinkled her nose at Will's description of the night before. "I reeeally don't need to know about you two being occupied. I'm glad to know me being late did some good though. You seem happier." And that made Pearl happy. "Although I'm going to pretend some of that is getting to see me." A wink showing she was only joking.

"No, going out all together sounds good! I'd love to see you letting go and really enjoying the night. That is if Will can stand the hotness of both of us?" She looked to Will to wait for an answer.

Oh he loved that grin. It was just so - naughty. But so incredibly cute at the same time. Those memories danced behind James' eyes and they were at the forefront of Will's - demon must have removed the trail of clothes they'd left in their wake before Pearl arrived to remove all evidence.

"I am happy...." A long stroke was rewarded to James' leg as he continued to munch on his toast, letting them chatter and arrange the evening until Pearl got cheeky. "Uhm... excuse me?" Will held up both his hands, one cheek stuffed with his breakfast as he tried to speak. "I am hotter than you both put together - I can handle it."

James held up his hands in mock defeat. "I didn't say a word." But his grin was worth a million or two. And the smile on his lips only seemed to grow when she mentioned how happy Will looked, and of course when he confirmed it, those familiar sparks crackling up along his leg as Will stroked it.

Pearl's cheekiness was amusing, though not nearly as funny as Will's answer. "Most especially when you talk with your mouth full," James remarked, giving Will a somewhat pointed grin before he laughed. But it was clear by the way that he looked at the other man that he agreed with him wholeheartedly. For the first time in the history of James' relationships, he didn't feel like he was the hottest of the two halves.

"I need a shower," he announced with a smile. "Think you two can behave yourselves while I'm gone?" He seemed to be joking, a smile upon his lips as he quirked a brow slightly.

"Ah!" Pearl pretended to be shocked by Will's words, but the barely stifled laughter sort of ruined it. "Swallow!" She ordered first, planning to continue on with more jokes about who was hotter, but then she realised how that sounded and she just started laughing again. "We all know you have that skill down." Complete with cheeky grin. "Part of your charm apparently."

She pretended to think before answering James' question. "Hmmmm.... I can try not to kill him while you're gone. Oh. That's not what you meant?" Truthfully they all knew that Pearl and Will wouldn't get up to anything, especially in James' bedroom.

In all honesty Will couldn't swallow. He'd had a large piece and he wasn't done chewing and he didn't want to choke, so he just grinned and tried to poke her with his toe. "Biifth.." he mumbled, smirk on his lips. This was good. He had his boy, he had his girl. Life was good. But then James had to ruin it and go shower.

It showed an opportunity though. As Pearl insisted she'd try and be good Will wrapped his arm around the distracted witch and drew her back against him. "No promises," he said (and accidentally sprayed) over the blonde, tugging her backwards and cuddling her, as if he was going to have his wicked way with her on the bed.

James gave them both a playful scowl before he started out of the room. Of course he didn't make it all the way out before he had to turn around and walk back over the bed because he forgot something. Leaning down over Pearl, he gave Will a quick kiss on the lips before he smiled and pulled away, though not before he pinched him on the arm and then directed a comment at Pearl. "You have my permission to spank him if he gets too fresh." And then he was off to the master bathroom, leaving the two of them to some alone time.

"Hot, sexy bitch that you couldn't live without." She replied, batting at his toe. It was good to be around Will again, and James wasn't as bad as she thought, infact... he was being really good. A big difference from their sniping before. This could be fun.

Pearl let out a girly squeak at being pulled back to Will, but she didn't try to get away, just stayed in his arms and waited out James kissing him over her. "Ooooh promise?" She grinned to the demon. Waiting for him to dissapear, she looked up at Will and settled against him. "So... I'll never admit to this, but.... your boy isn't so bad...."

The demon was such a tease. Will grinned and shouted after James "That's just an incentive!" before he heard the bathroom door close and he was left alone with Pearl. Grinning at her he started their time together by pressing a few choice, friendly kisses against her neck much like a parent would their kid, only it was accompanied by nibbles. It felt nice to have her feminine form in his arms.

"You just DID admit to it sweetcheeks... he's not bad at all. Well - sometimes. But I like it." He grinned down at her. This wasn't just for him it was for her as well. She needed a break. "You doing okay?"

It was a little harder to remember this 'just friends' thing when he was kissing her neck, no matter what he meant it like. There were little appreciative murmurs but Pearl was good and surprisingly content as they were. It felt good to be in his arms. Will made her feel safe and happy, as a friend. Her best friend.

"I meant I'll never admit to admitting it." There was a pause as she wrinkled her nose, "Ok that sounded confusing even to me but.... I can admit to liking you happy." She shrugged and snuggled into him a little more. "I'm fine.... I'd be better if my angel weren't in a different state most of the break, but I found a replacement. She's totally into me too, so she's sort of like a female version of you."

Pearl was damn sexy and felt so fiiiine. But Will's sense of touch was reserved for James only. He didn't even think of anything naughty whilst he was holding her, a first for the angel surely. He should give himself a gold star.

"Mmmm I hate her already," he chuckled, resting his chin on her head. "Everyone knows I'm the only me. Male AND female. Sorta. 'Sides, she is not stealing my Pearlita..." Which was what she was clearly trying to do, heathen! "I got you owned."

"Hey! No-one owns me, thank you very much!" She objected, whacking his leg and giggling, but not dislodging him from his position leaning on her. "I bet you'll love Tess when you meet her! Probably run off with her and abandon me." Pearl joked, pouting, before cuddling his arms around her. "But what about you? Are you ok? You seemed pretty down the other day... you've had a hard summer...."
