Who: Ipsy and Darien
What: A hallway meeting
Where: Um, the hallway!
When: Mid morning, before her meeting with Wesley
Rating: Not sure yet!

She didn't really want to go see Wesley. She knew that her presence was hard on him, and that he didn't actually want to talk to her. He was doing it because he needed to, and maybe because Blake had talked to him and said he needed to. She doubted very much Wesley would want to talk to her on his own. But, for Roger's good, she would go see Wesley. And she would listen to what he said and try to make amends, because Roger loved Wesley and it would be what he wanted. But that did not mean Ipsy wanted to do it.

Making her way through the men's dorms, Ipsy was tying her long blonde hair (well okay it was a wig but it was still her hair) into a low ponytail. Today she was dressed casually, low slung faded jeans that hugged her hips and a well fitting tee shirt that emphasized her modest breasts (okay it was a waterbra, but still! It was all the boob she was gonna get.) She was distracted, thinking about Wesley and how her hair was being impossible, and almost walked into a very cute and obviously new young man. "Oh!" she said, surprised. "I'm sorry, lovey! I almost walked right into you, didn't I?" Chuckling, she touched his shoulder gently. "I'm Ipsy, by the way! You look lost as a lamb to slaughter. Can I help you with anything?"

Darien wasn't free of blame as far as being distracted went. He had a map in his hand and was on a trip to memorize the buildings. He'd been looking down, a rather foolish thing now that he thought about it, at his map until he heard a voice. His head snapped up his head up. He looked down at the hand on his shoulder than over at her. There was something off, but he wasn't one to judge. Not every woman could be a stunner after all.

"Oh no, I'm fine," he said closing the map not wanting her to see the spots where he'd be able to pick up the blood he needed. He folded it and shoved it into his jacket pocket.

"My name's Darien," he told her giving a polite grin, "I was just off to the library. I fear I'm fresh off the boat and get lost easily."

Ipsy stood two inches over Darien (not even counting the heel of her boots), her shoulders broad and muscled, her arms well defined and quite masculine. Yet despite all this, she was very obviously delicate and feminie. Even her voice, tinged with a male deepness, was light and refreshing and musical.

"I remember when Roger first arrived," she said encouragingly. "He got lost constantly. This place is very big, but it does get easier, I promise. I can take you to the librabry, if you like. I have some time to kill." Truthfully, she did not, but this was a valid excuse to be late for her meeting with Wesley. Linking her arm with Darien, Ipsy spun him around in the proper direction of the library. "This way!" she declared.

He couldn't help, but wonder if she worked in some sort of hard labor. He'd never seen a woman built like this, but this was a new world. Women were very different.

"Thank you," he said having already found the library, but he didn't want to admit where he was really going. He let her lead, doing his best to keep up with her.

"I don't know this Roger, but I can relate to his strife right now," Darien said quickly as they moved.

The trip to the library was very quick, especially since both of them were tall. "Roger is... a friend of mine," she said after a moment. She didn't want to overbear Darien with too much information, and trying to explain that she was someone's alter ego was not only complicated, but a little embarassing.

"Ta da!" Ipsy declared upon their arrival. She was glad to feel helpful. "Actually, since this is the main hallway, you can get to pretty much anywhere from here. The cafeteria, the stairways and elevators... the blood banks..." She gave Darien a knowing smile, having already caught a glimpse at his pearly white (and very sharp) fangs. He was obviously new to being a vampire, because it was a little obvious he was hiding them. His mouth hadn't seemed to be adapted to the new intrusion yet. "Where do you come from, anyway? Your accent is very... um... intriguing." She really meant "old", but she didn't want to sound insulting.

Darien turned and stared at her, more than a little surprised. She had known? He put his hand to his mouth and decided that was a dead give away. It was horrible to think anyone who ever saw him would know. Well, at least she was being kind about it.

"London," Darien said and forced himself to add more, this was too easy, "1939 London to be exact. I'm sorry if my accent is off putting."
