"Jack Harkness," Neil said after the man, nodding, trying to remember it. He tittered at the man's comments and shook his head a bit, "No, sir-Jack-Mr.Harkness, not too nervous, no," He bit his lip to stop his babbling, tilting his head to the side, his hair falling a bit in his face as he tried to gather himself. The man was gorgeous, really, not Rhys, but certainly something to gush over. But what would the Mayor say if he knew Neil had a gorgeous man in his office while on break? He tried not to think of that as he took a little breath and tried to gain back some business like demeanour.
