Neil was at his computer, typing up a memo about...something. He didn't really read memos just type them up. He was excellent at typing. He didn't read so well. The point was, he was doing that when he heard the knock, and he put on a smile as he looked at the clock. That must be the Jack fellow. Due for a break, Neil happily saved the memo and hopped up from his desk, moving to open the door.

"Hullo, you must be Jack, I'm Neil Fitzhammon, the Mayor's secretary," He said all that and offered his hand before he realized how handsome the man was and blushed a bit-not only because he was shy over thinking the man was so handsome but because even if he wasn't as handsome as Rhys, it took a bit for Neil to notice anyone besides Rhys.
