He'd told Ianto he was going out to explore. The young man had insisted he come along but Jack insisted he not, unless he wished to get involved in a possibly very hot threesome. To that, Ianto had just rolled his eyes and gone out to buy...groceries or something. Jack couldn't really remember now, as he headed down the street toward an office building. Upon arriving he told the secretary on the ground floor that he was here to see Neil Fitzhammon. She, of course, seemed baffled as to why he wanted to see the mayor's secretary but finally buzzed him up.

Heading up the stairs, he soon approached Neil's office, knocking.

Neil was at his computer, typing up a memo about...something. He didn't really read memos just type them up. He was excellent at typing. He didn't read so well. The point was, he was doing that when he heard the knock, and he put on a smile as he looked at the clock. That must be the Jack fellow. Due for a break, Neil happily saved the memo and hopped up from his desk, moving to open the door.

"Hullo, you must be Jack, I'm Neil Fitzhammon, the Mayor's secretary," He said all that and offered his hand before he realized how handsome the man was and blushed a bit-not only because he was shy over thinking the man was so handsome but because even if he wasn't as handsome as Rhys, it took a bit for Neil to notice anyone besides Rhys.

	Grinning slightly, he shook Neil's hand before bringing it to his lips, kissing it softly. "A pleasure, Neil." Letting go of his hand a moment later, Jack looked around before looking back to Neil. The young man was gorgeous, no doubt about it. Slim, shy and wearing tight pants... "Mind if we step inside?" He motioned into the office. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

"Oh my," Neil whispered at the kiss to his hand, blushing all the more as he gave the man his bright smile, blinking a bit as his hand was let go and then nodding at the question, "Oh, yes, yes, of course! Come in!" He motioned the man in, stepping back, his eyes staying on him from under his long lashes, waiting for the man to step in before he closed the door behind him.

"So, Mister...I don't believe I caught your name, before, actually. Gosh," Neil was embarassed that he hadn't even learned the man's name. That was basic stuff! He was obviously not focused enough today.

"Jack Harkness," Neil said after the man, nodding, trying to remember it. He tittered at the man's comments and shook his head a bit, "No, sir-Jack-Mr.Harkness, not too nervous, no," He bit his lip to stop his babbling, tilting his head to the side, his hair falling a bit in his face as he tried to gather himself. The man was gorgeous, really, not Rhys, but certainly something to gush over. But what would the Mayor say if he knew Neil had a gorgeous man in his office while on break? He tried not to think of that as he took a little breath and tried to gain back some business like demeanour.

"Right, so, what can I do for you, Mr.Harkness?"

"Jack," He nodded firmly as he moved to sit on the other side of the desk, opening a drawer to pull out a pamphlet on the town, a tourism brochure, "Here you go, Jack," He said proudly, as he had been the one to get the mayor to approve the brochure, "It tells you everything you need to know. And no, there isn't a way out, unless you want to die, then you can always do that, just in the woods on the edge of the town," He pointed in the general direction of the woods with a broad smile. He hoped the man didn't want to die though. He was too pretty for that.

Taking the brochure, he flipped through it, refusing to outrightly scowl. It was all meaningless bullshit, put into the brochure, but he wouldn't point that out. Instead, he just grinned and looked at Neil. "Did you make this? Because if you did, it's gorgeous. Very nice work."

The mention of the woods at the edge of the town made Jack pause. "No, certainly don't want to die." He flashed an even brighter, charming grin.

"Oh, well, thank you, but I merely had the mayor approve it," Neil blushed, however, liking how the man said 'gorgeous'. He liked that word, and thought it should be used to describe things more often. Especially things like the brochure and the man holding it.

He seemed relived when the man said that and nodded, "Good! There are a few good places to eat in town, you know, and shops and very nice people, and if you want work there is certainly things to do!" He really wanted Jack's stay to be a nice one. The man seemed nice, thus deserved it.

	"Oh good!" Neil lit up at being helpful and grinned widely, slightly confused by the last questions, "Me?" He pointed at himself, giggling not only over the idea but also over how much he liked the man purring, "Oh, I don't know. Am I in the brochure?" Laughing shyly, Neil raised a hand awkwardly to brush back some bangs from his eyes, "You mean...You want me to strip for you?" He whispered back, though he was truly curious as to what the man meant. Was that okay? He did want to be helpful. The fact that he was considering it since he wanted to be helpful might be why people at work tried to get him away from the mayor, why they feared he was being used due to his 'innocent' nature. Or it might be because the people in the office were jealous, or at least, Neil figured as much.

	Giggling again, Neil nodded and pushed back his hair once more before standing, pointing, "I'm usually, I mean..I'm usually right in front of him," He said as he moved around the desk shyly, moving to stand in front of Jack, "Like this."
