Elena couldn't begin to express how happy she was that everything was finally back to normal. The post-apocalyptic world had not been fun for her, nor had being stranded there while Damon was transported to the Las Vegas they'd come to know so well. But everything was fine now, and though he was still a bit on edge, she decided that the best way to get over it was to do normal things. Starting with breakfast.

Heading downstairs, she was exiting the elevator when she managed to run right into someone trying to get on.

"Oh my gosh I am so sorry."

"Hey," Hope breathed out, but then she saw who it was, "Elena?" but this person seemed like a younger version of the woman she at met back home, "Are you Elena?" she asked as she stepped back, she was just going back upstairs to watch tv or read a book...she was bored for a Sunday morning.

Her eyes looked over the other girl, she was Elena, she had to be, and Hope knew they all came from different time since she was a baby back where her family came from, "you don't know me, do you."

	"Yeah," she nodded, eyes suddenly a bit wary. "I'm Elena. And no, I'm sorry, I don't know you. Have we met?" Not there, she was certain of that much, but did this girl know her from somewhere else? "I think I've met and older version of you," Hope told her, "I'm Hope, I was one of the students at The Salvatore Boarding School for the Young & Gifted, my best friends are her daughters."

Hope offered a small wave, she felt kind of dorky, but Hope was awkward, she was in a awkward stage of her youth because she was stuck in a place she didn't know, with family members who she loved, but really didn't know her.

	"Caroline does," she told her, "never met Stefan, seen Damon in passing with you," she shrug her shoulder, "you're a Doctor." 	Elena's eyes widened at that. "Caroline and Stefan? I had just met him before coming here. I thought we were going to date." Apparently she'd been wrong about that. "So I end up with Damon?" 	A shoulder shrugged to her apology, The Hollow has been a part of Hope's life for nearly ten years now. What more could she say to that? "Working on it," she told her. 	Elena's mouth opened automatically but then of course Hope would know Jeremy. It seemed she'd been right in the middle of everything while she attended school. "Maybe," Elena nodded.
