The only thing of use to me is the fact that she has a camera (I was so excited, because my Jena Malone PB is a photographer), but she looks so cute in glasses that I hope someone else can use them. Yesssss. So he JUST became a PB for one of my oldest NPCs who, I swear, would never find a PB. But this guy is so close. And not that bad looking, come on. I think he has to be one of Hollywood's best kept secrets. He's going to be in The Mentalist on CBS this fall, which looks pretty great -- like if Psych were played straight.

The faces this boy makes, oy gevalt. This is from a pre-air leak of a TV pilot he did for a show by Ryan Murphy, called Pretty Handsome. He plays -- wait for it -- a teenager hampered by societal expectation who's knocked up his girlfriend. I am not making this up; I call typecasting. But really, this pilot is worth the watch -- if you google for it, you can find it in a torrent. I don't think that it's been picked up which makes me sad, and not just because that means JGroff won't be coming into my home weekly. I mean, that does make me sad, but it also has Joseph Fiennes, Carrie-Ann Moss, Blythe Danner, and the boy who plays JGroff's little brother blew me away. Also, JGroff's best friend? Roran in Eragon. I KNOW, RIGHT? Anyway, everyone was mad talented, it was compelling, and hilarious in the way that I wouldn't think it funny if it were my life but since it's on TV I can laugh, the cinematography was beautiful, and I've blathered on long enough, so if I got you curious, download and watch.

Amelia Warner has been my Hestia Jones PB (and her twin sister Athena, for that matter -- I know, I know, IT SAYS THAT WHERE IN CANON? but sue me, I love the Jones twins) since there were, like, ten pictures EVER of her. Now Athena's mun and I have enough pictures that we have the luxury of going, "Oh, this looks more like [twin]." I love her, she is gorgeous, but does not generally like to be in movies that would be categorized as anything but "independent" which is cool and everything, but unfortunately it makes it difficult to obtain DVDs for screencaps and the like. Luckily, she now has a fan-sites.org site, so with any luck, the bounty of pictures will continue.

Well. I have a lot of icons (read: probably not good for slow connections) of Jena Malone. Nobody should ever need this many, but I made them anyway, because I like to have choices. Not to mention, some pictures of her aren't "Julia" (the character I use her for), but they might be "X" (wherein X is the name of someone else's character. The blatantly not Julia I don't even bother with (like her going blonde. WE GET IT, JENA, YOU'RE EDGY AND VINTAGE NOW GO BACK TO YOUR BEAUTIFUL DARK HAIR). So yes.
