[it wasn't the first time for Kyoumi, either, but waking up to the sound of breaking glass and the feeling that her chest was being crushed was certainly novel. She panicked, immediately trying to struggle free but residual after effects of blood loss and the sudden, bright pain from shifting her damaged ribs and trying to grab with her mauled hand almost made her black out. Panting, she fell back onto the bed and began groping for her tonfas, too dizzy and pinned to actually look for them.
