Good afternoon! As you might know, I'm May Castellan. You might know of me as Luke's mother, though I come from a time long before where some of you might know me. I wanted to let you know that if you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm aware that I don't know any of you outside of what I've read in the books, but I would like to get to be a friend to you all. If any of you would like practice with your Greek or Latin, I am fluent in both, as well as French-- I know I would love to keep up with it, as they are not languages that come as naturally to me as they do to many of you.

Additionally, I'd like to invite you all for dinner sometimes. I know that I'm in no way a substitute to many of your own parents, but as I do have some experience with the gods and the world you come from, I hope that I can someday be a friend to you as well.

So I had heard that technology was going to become something wonderful in the next few years. But I don't think I ever expected anything like this.


I was also informed today that I am apparently a fictional character. And that there are others from my world here? Does that mean gods and monsters? Demigods?

Hello, world!

There is exciting business afoot at the PTYC. With our larger amount of visitors and newly expanded staff, we can do a lot more. So, here's the start of it:

- We will be holding a monthly Mario Kart tournament at 2 p.m. on the last Saturday in every month. Start practicing now for December!

- By popular demand, every Friday henceforth will be karaoke night. It's a great opportunity to sing, have a good time failing at singing, or to learn about present day Earth music if you're not familiar with it.

- Next Tuesday, 1 p.m.: Soccer game in the gym. If there's enough interest, we'll see about making it a regular thing.

And there's a lot more in the works! Piper and Snow are coming up with some great holiday events and other fun stuff, so keep your eyes open for the dates and times. And of course, events or not, we're open to visitors daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and until midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Also, if you have ideas for what you would like to see here at the center, let us know. Leave a network comment here, drop by and talk to someone, or email me, and we'll do what we can to make it happen.

Hey, so I got caught in the crossfire in a convenience store robbery tonight. That was awesome. I had surgery, and now I have all kinds of unnatural stuff holding my arm together.

Morphine is awesome. It's like being wrapped in a warm fuzzy blanket, from the inside.

Trick question, I already know the answer is none of you. And for four of you, today is your lucky day because Monopoly is for 8 players and there are 12 of us. Opt-outs are first come first serve and I'm making the rest of you play with me.

Also I bought the board game so someone else has to bring snacks.

EDIT J/K We're play Werewolf Mafia Assassin or maybe Sardines. Annabeth and Hazel and I are still going to play Monopoly but it's non-compulsory now that I have willing victims.

Who is this genius who decided to write a series of novels about the exciting adventures of Tris Prior? Tris gets a haircut. Tris makes dinner. Tris eats cake. Tris gets tattoos. Was the intention death-by-boredom?

At first I was pretty upset about all of this, but then I realised that I have always wanted to come to the States and New York City was pretty high up on the list as well. Plus, no pesky brothers to boss me around.

Not sure I believe all this rubbish about being from a book though. That just seems ridiculous. Sure, Harry has books about him but I'm hardly anything special. The one thing I did that was noteworthy is hardly anything I want people to write about. I just play quidditch and ignore my brothers.

Anyway, what is there to do for fun? Should I be a tourist and do all that or just try something off the beaten path? Give me your ideas, Manhattan!

Hey there. It's the Greek Oracle. Or Rachel. We kind of got off on the wrong foot the other day and since I'm seeing that I misjudged some of your camp-mates pretty badly I wanted to apologize for my behavior. It was really immature of me. Anyway, we should probably try to get along since we're neighbors, right?

I would like to apologize to the Seven in the Prophecy for accusing them of maliciously attempting to destroy Rome. I acted on limited information and branded them traitors and enemies of Rome, and for that I am truly sorry.

Now that I do know the truth, I will turn Rome's forces towards battling the real enemy upon my return. If you have anything to help expedite this process, please pass it to me.

Sorry, I feel like this is an awful introduction. I'm not the best at talking about myself. I'm 13, and I grew up in New Orleans, but I spent the last year in San Francisco. I love art and horses. And I'm a demigod. Which I guess isn't so strange here? At least, I was told there were all sorts coming through here. I was also that told some friends of mine are already here? Guys? One minute you're fighting off Death Eaters and watching the people around you drop like flies and the next you're being sucked and squeezed through from one place to another. If I wasn't used to the feeling (I don't think that Tesser-thingy was a portkey though), I would have panicked more than I did. This seems to be a thing for me, really.

I'm told I'm the hero main character in a series of books around here, books that have my name in the title. Who's going to be the first to tell me how the story ends? Do I die? Do my parents come back to life? Do I ever have a normal school year? IS THERE A HAPPY ENDING?

Someone handed me a cup of coffee while I was going through processing. I don't know when I'll be able to sleep again. For the best though, on account of all the nightmares. What's a bloke to do to get a glass of butterbeer around here? Or tea. I would even settle for some tea.
