   I am curious, especially given the day, how many of you are honestly happy here? Not complacent, but happy? Without regard for your home universe, what you have left behind or perhaps even run from, is this a good life for you? Better? Entertaining? If you are content, would you go back if given the choice? Deep, personal questions! Hah! Perhaps I'm searching for the answer to my own... ah, tentative reservations! Who knows? Not the question that needs asking anyway, so no matter! Suppose it's an unfair one, though.

   Things don't generally last very long here as a rule, or so it would appear.

ARI comment: Purely speculation at this point. Description of crime scene suggests that the killer is confident and has killed before. Maybe not on quite as grand a scale...considering the ritualistic manner in the way the bodies were found, there's room to suggest the killer might be copying whatever it is he's seeing through television or some other form of popular media. Would need a look at the crime scene to be sure...

So. . .right. I was supposed to be in San Francisco but I'm in New York instead. But it's not New York, it's comic book New York and there's a blue cube and characters from shows and books are a thing that exist and I'm NOT in San Francisco although the plane was going to San Francisco and I don't have anything I owned and apparently this happens all the time.

I'm Izzie Stevens. And I am REALLY FREAKING OUT.

I almost had a mental breakdown and dyed my hair purple. This happens way too much. If anyone needs me I'll be drinking in the blanket fort.

Never a dull moment around here, is there? Suppose that makes this a fitting place for me to be dropped in. Fashion Week, television programs returning to the telly, and all of it overshadowed by unpleasant events without origin. Ah, well! Could all be worse, I could be forced into experiencing the former firsthand! Hah!

Now, what's everyone up to this week? I'll be perusing schools to prove my ability to teach impressionable young minds.

I've thought about setting up a video blog more than once since I got here. The blog kept my mind off of how bored I was at times. I do kinda miss it, the just talkin' about random things that were happening and hearin' what my friends had to say. But I don't know that I could actually do that seein' as there all ready is one online. And two would just raise too many questions, I'm guessin'...

Are you alright? It just hit me that you probably live in the tower where all that shit went down.

So I feel weird asking this, but I gotta figure out what the hell I'm gonna do here and I'm drawing blanks. Not sure I wanna rejoin the bureau, but I can aid in criminal investigation. Probably wouldn't pass the drug tests here - gotta be careful with that. Psych profiling, questioning...it's what I did before.
