I ain't gonna set foot in the clinic again cause now there's folks hounding me just like before. And they got baskets full o' fruit.

I am so freaking tired of people dragging their ass in five minutes before my 14-hour shift is done and they don't have the decency to be dying of something interesting.

When: Monday afternoon, before a shift at Ned's
Where: Just outside the tower and then ends inside.
What: Rapunzel wakes up late and has no time to braid her hair before heading to Ned's, which unfortunately causes an accident.

They discharged me from the hospital. 'pparently my blood was of some concern. They sewed me up again and told me to come back after a few days. Ain't nothin' but a hassle.

I reckon some of us would be more appreciative of father's day if our fathers were alive, an active presence in our lives or appreciative of us.

I didn't know this a year ago, but my dad was Henry Scudder, former soldier during the Great War turned carny turned aimless drifter. Everybody who knew 'im had a few words to say 'bout him - some good, some bad. He left my ma because she done got crazy after I was born, but I ain't ever gonna wish he took me with him. He had his own troubles and consequences. Got to see some of the trouble he'd caused. Got dreams about his experiences in the war that left me terrified and trying to go without sleep. And then a man who calls himself a priest killed him, cuz' he was on the wrong side.

Shoulda done more, Scudder. I tried my best. Nightmares are still there. In a way, you're still here. And I only found one picture of when I gave you your youth back. Best thing I ever done.

Huh. This ain't helping cuz my previous incarnations did a lotta fighting Flag Day.

Guess most folk are a whole lot more patriotic than I am.

Don't seem to have much reason to. My kin had a habit of using flags for the wrong ends. And I ain't part of that.

Got the ranch up and runnin, ready to start receivin visitors for the summer. Any of you folk interested in comin out (if you ain't already for other reasons) to try your hand at farmin or ridin horses or feedin farm animals, shoot me a line and come on out. Ain't lookin to charge, but that don't mean I won't take no donations to maintainin the place.

Always willin to bring on folk wantin some full-time work too. Just remember it's an hour outside town and it's hard work if you ain't used to it.

Things can never go well for me, it seems. This morning I woke up and Chuck was gone. Just like that, I'm alone again.

It's like suddenly my world was sunshine and now it's rain again.

Thank goodness for work on the shop, otherwise I don't know if I'd cope so well. Do any of the people that leave come back again?

Who is Nick Stahl?

So good news to all the pie lovers out there! After the overwhelming sales from Valentines Day, and thanks to an excellent business plan that several people helped with, including my wonderful girlfriend Chuck, I am pleased that New York will soon be the home of The Pie Hole II.

The outside won't be quite as charming as the inside, but still. Anyway, I'm looking for waitresses and a delivery person. I know several people talked to me about working for me once the shop was up and running, so now I'm formally accepting applications. Well, all you really need is to tell me why you'd like to work with pie and what your pie passion is and I'll see what I can do.

If I had actually lived in my world, I would have been 28 by now. Which blows my mind because I could not even imagine thinking that far ahead when I was in my world and yet, here I am in 2013. I missed 12 years.

A few things I just have to note:

- I am doing half of my search on Wikipedia which is amazing because I've only just been introduced to Wikipedia when I got here. This website? Would have helped a whole lot for half of my assignments.

- Should I be glad or disappointed that I missed George W. Bush's presidency?
- I want to say we've advanced culturally, but looking at the number of bombing and attacks and shootings makes me almost think otherwise. Ugh.

- Facebook. Twitter. YouTube. And the best one.. Tumblr. All I have to say is that it's a good thing I had completed most of high school before any of these came out.

If that much is throwing me into a loop, damn, I can't imagine how its like for people who even came in before the 90s.

I am sorry to those mortals I have offended with my words. I was angry, and spoke without thought. I did not mean to accuse all mortals of those crimes, for most are innocent and good.

I have offended a great number of people, and that has never been my intention. I am actually quite fond of this land, and I wish very much to remain here. As my brother has told me, my attitude is not conducive to fitting in here.

Please take this as my apology for those of you I have offended. I will attempt to do better in the future.
