I'm quite interested in getting involved somehow, and I'm wondering if there are any classes or courses that you might appreciate having an instructor for. Due to my work with SHIELD, I will likely be able to initially commit to a part time position only, but I'm quite good with time management so I might be able to do more in the future.

My wife says I can't talk to her about baseball anymore and my week old baby is just does not seem to love baseball yet. (I'm not sure where I went wrong.)

Babies. They're great. Super cute and they grow up into toddlers who are actually hilarious. Plus their heads smell super nice.

To my point, our baby is due in about a month. While Charlie is going to be quite possibly the cutest baby ever born who may or may not also have biotic powers, he also has two moms that work full time defending truth, justice, and the right for bad guys to be imprisoned for a very long time. And while SHIELD;s maternity leave policy is better than say, none, fact of the matter is that someone is going to have to watch Charlie when we're not around.

Sadly I've been informed Winston and Diet Soda Justice aren't qualified nannies, being a cat and dog respectively.

Which means that we are going to be looking for a nanny/babysitter in the next few months to supplement daycare. Renee and I can have irregular schedules what with the world being in danger every other week. There's also a slight chance of space magic power. So being able to handle those would be a bonus.

Anyone who's interested, let me know and we can do a meet up. We can discuss money and benefits if it seems like it'll be a good fit.

When the Catalyst and I discussed how to defeat the Reapers, I don't recall it ever mentioning that I'd end up in an entirely different universe. It was definitely along the lines of making the 'ultimate sacrifice' and other such uplifting information.

At least there's an upside -- no silhouettes of Reapers on the skyline. Vancouver looked nice enough without the added décor. A lot less skyscrapers as well, or at least it appears that way from this bed. Guess it probably has to do with the 171 year gap between where I came from and here. I'd say it's mind-boggling but it's not the strangest thing I've ever experienced.
