By now, I'm sure you've all seen what happened in Johannesburg, and you deserve an explanation.

Someone, who we encountered at Strucker's castle, has the ability to control or influence minds. We don't know how she gained these abilities yet. We know about the White Event, and we also know that HYDRA has been messing with human experimentation and cloning. This person has, thus far, influenced the majority of the team, and she influenced the Hulk while the Avengers were in Johannesburg for other reasons.

Stark Charities have already allocated relief funds and resources, and we're going to do whatever we can to help the area. And we're ignoring, and going to continue to ignore, the protestors who are demanding for the arrest of the Hulk. That's non-negotiable.

But, I think... we all need to aware of what else is going on right now -- Why the Tinkerer's toys were back in play.

Bruce Banner and I were working on an AI system which has escaped Stark labs, taking on a life of it's own. He was responsible for taking JARVIS off line -- and was in Johannesburg trying to find weapons, from what we've been able to figure out.

We also know that he's calling himself Ultron. Which is why I thought we should... talk about what to do next.

This dating thing is rather fun, isn't it? Not that I'm dating anyone seriously, just enjoying going out for dinner and a bit of fun. I never had a chance to do that at home. Boarding schools are wonderful for meeting people your own age but awful when it comes to privacy.

I had a great deal of fun at Pride last week. I've never seen anything like it or been to anything like it. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant at first but I only needed to mention my name and the reaction was extraordinary. I did get called 'Ickle Dumbles' quite a lot but it was rather funny so I don't mind.

I am so terribly sorry to anyone on the 12th floor whose lights I accidentally put out yesterday. I undoubtedly should have chosen a better place to try out the Deluminator the tesseract sent me. I was just so fascinated by it. Amazing to think I will make it!

I think I like movies. They were silly black and white silent things back home but I went to see Mad Max and it was... loud. And big. And I think I still haven't quite recovered. But it was fun and I think I want to see it again because I was so caught up in the whole novelty of it that I sort of missed half of what happened at the start.

I think I'm glad to have been left out of the latest tesseract shenanigans. Though I will admit it might have been interesting to find myself as old as I am in the books. Do you think I would have upset many people if that had happened and I'd cut my hair and shaved off the beard?

I feel like the building is trying to tell me something. I walked through my bathroom door this morning and found myself in the gym. I hate to disappoint it but I've never really liked exercising. I'm far too lazy to enjoy it and I hate being sweaty.

So, I think we can all agree that totally sucked. Not only did we get imprisoned by our own minds, basically, and not only did our friends have to deal with all the resulting shit with us, but it was basically broadcast for the world to see. I don't know about you guys, but that was a whole lot of crap I really didn't want a bunch of witnesses to.

Anyway, not that I want to sit around a fire and sing kumbaya or anything, but maybe it'd be good if we could all talk about what we went through. Because the people I'd normally do that with just keep telling me how it wasn't my fault. I guess what I'm saying is maybe this group of us who all went through it are the only ones who can really understand and maybe we can help each other deal a little better.
