Does anyone here have a token from their home world that they would be willing to lend me?

That worlds are either inaccessible because they are too far away, or because they are completely sealed off, except for the portals.

If this world has any sort of connection to another that could be opened with my magic, I want to find it.

It's a magical artifact from my universe, which if worn and accompanied by hand gestures and the focused concentration of the spell caster, may open portals that will take you practically anywhere, including other dimensions.

I'm able to access some dimensions, but only the ones that are directly connected to this planet, such as the Mirror Dimension.

Anything that was made in and belongs to that world. Without one, it's unlikely I would be able to access those dimensions.

No, there's no need for that. They are both required for the spell, but the token need not get bloody.

I will, of course, clean it up. I am not in the habit of leaving my blood where someone else might use it.
