Merlin, there's [...] there's dementors. They're in [...] Council 7, I think, based on the map? But they could be anywhere. I'm going after them; any magical folk that can cast a Patronus, come and help, there's a lot of them, and they might spread out.

Non magical folk, you may not be able to see them, but if you start feeling incredibly unhappy for no explainable reason, if you start reliving the worst things you've experienced, RUN. And try to let me or someone else with magic know.
